This is an amazing establishment for coffee enthusiasts. They have an antique roaster onsite and process their own beans. They have a small offering of drip coffee to buy, but the core of their business is beans. The store smells heavenly and they were well staffed when I visited one Friday morning. The shop is downtown, so parking is on the street paid. Once inside, the staff is well versed in their different offerings and really willing to help you find the perfect option for you. They will grind beans as well to your specific needs, in case you have not invested in a grinder yet. They also have some coffee brewing supplies and machines as well. I most definitely recommend it for any one who loves coffee.
The Kaffeeklatsch has been my go-to source for quality coffee beans, tools, and knowledge for nearly 10 years now! The staff is always super friendly and helpful, and they frequently assist me in choosing a new blend or a cozy favorite to match whatever I'm looking for either for me or as a gift. The historic building coupled with the aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans enhances it's charming atmosphere and makes the business unique amung other similar establishments. I fully recommend getting your coffee beans from here!
As a novice espresso maker I found the Klatsch's staff to have been friendly, professional, and incredibly patient in helping me select my first roast and provide some coffee bean storage basics. My second order will happen later today, I look forward to my order and perhaps some additional enlightenment.
Loved the vibe of this roastery! Definitely worth dropping by if you are a coffee or tea nerd :) Warning though, it isn't like a coffeeshop with lattes and baked goods. It's a straight up coffee roaster! Get some beans and brewing equipment and ask questions about the different coffee they've got in stock. They definitely had a lot!
I don’t drink a lot of coffee, but wanted to make lattes etc. at home. Bought a French Press pot and frother with assistance of a very sweet, patient and helpful associate. Found the exact items on Amazon for $60 less! Took the items back within a week of purchase. No where do they advertise nor was I told items cannot be returned and the manager stated that they greatly inflate pricing because they are a small business. I bought more coffee beans while I was there as a bit of compension and to express my thanks. Manager told me never to return to purchase any of their products as i did a return.
The staff was super helpful with helping us decide which coffee was best for us. They had great recommendations and would let us smell the beans. And the coffee was top notch quality! Also it smells amazing inside and outside which is what drew us there!
All you have to do when you are downtown is follow the roasting beans smell. Once you are in there, you will be greeted by a kind and knowledgeable person! I travel for work from Nashville 2 to 4 times a month. I stop in every time either for looseleaf tea (fragrant fruit mountain oolong 🤌) or where my nose takes me for coffee!
They have a 1927 Roaster that has been used daily since 1977! If that doesn't make you want to come down and buy a pound of coffee, I don't know what will! :). The service was great (Hi Katie!) And the roaster answered all my questions about that cool antique that was making the whole block smell so good. I bought a half pound to take back to the office and my co-workers were all ooh-ing and ah-ing over it. I am drinking my first cup now and very happy.

I ordered a shot of espresso (Brazil medium roast) and a golden latte. The espresso has a really good aroma with a little bit of acidity. The golden latte was not too sweet and had a smooth after taste. All employees were friendly and made customer c
All the good things said about this place are true! I got the Fire In The Hole burger. My burger was delicious and cooked perfectly. Also, it's HUGE! None of the pictures do them justice on just how big they are. You definitely get what you pay for.
I've been here to drink a few times and it's always a good time. I went the other night to try the pizza and I'm blown away. I was expecting to like it, hoping to love it and thankfully I loved it! One of the best wood fired pizzas I've ever had. All
This is a great hotel. The rooms and common areas are well kept, the beds are comfy, and they give you a good assortment of pillows, so you're bound to have one you like. The evening food is more than just snacks; it can be a full dinner for sure.
