It's such an amazing thing to have a Frank Lloyd Wright house in my neighborhood. And I should have visited it a long time ago! The visit was as good as I thought it would be. The tour guide was great with a lot of fun facts and tidbits about the place.
A thoughtfully designed home by Frank Loyd Wright. The tour included plenty of info about the building, original owners, architect, and the build process. Even the landscape was incorporated with such intention! It's been about 20 years since I last saw the home and it's been so well maintained, it doesn't even look like the carpet has deteriorated (rayon free win)! Definitely worth strolling through.
Toured this incredible FLW home today. It’s a must-see for even a casual fan of the Midwest’s most famous architect. The tour was very informative and we were able to see and touch most of the original furniture in the home. The guide Nathaniel was very knowledgeable and engaging. After the tour, you are encouraged to take photos of the rooms and outside of this remarkably well preserved and lovingly restored FLW home.
If you're in or around West Lafayette, you MUST spend an hour in this incredible gift to the community. What a thrill to see a home so architecturally significant, that was lived in day-in and day-out until so recently. The brilliance of Frank Lloyd Wright is mind-blowing, coupled with the acute awareness of the Christiansen's and what they wanted in their home. What a great way to spend an hour of my day.

I had the pleasure of touring FLW's Samara House for the first time last weekend, and it was beautiful. The curator, Nathaniel, was an excellent tour guide and very knowledgeable in the history of the home and the finer details of the architecture. He was also in charge of staging the home, and it shows that he put a lot of thought and care into it. I highly recommend taking a trip out to West Lafayette to see this work of art. I will definitely be back!
We really loved our tour of Samara! The house and grounds are beautifully preserved and the visit was really worth it.
This is a great place to visit and see this Frank Lloyd Wright designed home and contents. Unlike other tours, you are welcome to touch and be seated on the furniture and walj through the house. The tour was very informative and interactive. They welcome questions and are very knowledgeable about the property, the owners, and Frank Lloyd Wright himself.
