Great experience. The hotel is well located near restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, and beaches/trails. The rooms were well remodeled and quiet. Check in was very modernized and easy, and the staff reached out the night before (and the day of) to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend upgrading to premium rooms for the propane fireplace heater. No complaints at all and I would definitely stay here again.
Such a cute hotel. We reserved the King Suite and I absolutely loved it. It was a good amount of space, privacy & not to mention the fireplace & hot tub. The rooms were very clean and organized. The bed was comfy. We had a microwave and mini fridge. Can’t complain!
We chose this hotel for our first visit to Lake Tahoe. I was skeptical at first but the pictures just don’t do it credit. This place is amazing. We stayed in the heavenly suite and the value for your money was incredible. Everything was super modern. Customer service is spot on even with being a hotel without a front desk or on site employees. We had something broken in our room, I sent the customer support a message and within 30 minutes they had sent someone to repair it. Even called to ask permission to enter our room. On top of that- the rooms felt clean and you could tell careful detail was taken to ensure everything was clean and sanitary. Would recommend this place 1000% and I will be staying here again. Only complaint I would have is that it seemed more vehicles were parking in the lot than were actually staying at the hotel. Not the hotels fault but I think the lot needs to be monitored so guests can actually have parking.
Room was very clean and mostly quiet. You can hear movement from upstairs though. The shower was a bit tricky as I think the hot and cold water were switched. Once we figured that out it was nice. Check in and out was super easy and convenient. Great parking and easy to find. Centrally located and only minutes from everything!
This place was in a terrific location, very safe, and spotlessly clean! Having a kitchen sink was wonderful. Almost didn’t stay because of some of the reviews saying it was loud if you had a first floor room. Although you could hear walking and some people, it was very similar to any large chain I have stayed at all over the country. I travel half the year and I choose this place over and over again! And…..the bed was super comfortable ❤️
1. Can’t beat the price here.
2. Recently renovated and cozy with a gas fireplace for heating. Simple and very clean. Smart tv as well.
3. Check in service is very simple via text/online. I even left some stuff in the room and was able to coordinate via text to pick it up. Their response times for anything I needed was always less than 5 minutes.
stayed here over thanksgiving weekend with my husband, It’s not too far of a walk from most attractions, has a cute little fireplace and a space heater which was nice for the cold nights and mornings, very accommodating in checking in and out. all contactless but it was easy to figure out everything. very quiet and peaceful. short walk to the beach as well.
Great place! firstable LOCATION! This place is close to everything, lots of things to do around and easy access to main streets. Great service, you have everything you need, all the information ahead is so helpful and the service in general was great, parking space available and we got here on a storm, the entrance was clean in the morning, which it made it so helpful for us without much experience in the snow. I'll definitely recommend it! and hopefully be back by summer ☀️

We stayed in the Rubicon Room and it was lovely. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was wonderful and we absolutely loved the lodge, the roaring fireplace, the big beams, and the gorgeous courtyard. Well worth it!
I loved my stay at this hotel.
The rooms are comfortable and very well decorated, in addition to having everything we could need, the beauty products available are great.
The lobby is one of the most beautiful and inviting to enjoy, with coffee, tea,
We were impressed with how clean our room was. The person at front desk was also very friendly. Also, they have an amazing hot tub outside. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would stay here with our family in the future as well.
Iâve stayed in this hotel 4-5 times now and itâs truly one of my go toâs. I recently stayed over the weekend of 8/11-8/13. We had a very busy weekend and when checking out we forgot my boyfriends laundry bag. I didnât notice until 4 days afte

The Mt. Tallac trail is an amazing trail to hike in Lake Tahoe. It isn't easy, about 4.5 miles from the trail head to the summit with about 3,300 feet of elevation gain. The second half of the trail is mostly all rock and is very steep in parts. The
Beautiful hike to Eagle Lake that took about 30 min after the bridge. This time of year there was snow and ice on the trail that made it slippery but was worth the quick trip up and back.
The place is really nice, the water is crystal clear but very cold. It's worth it to pay the $5.00 fee to see this beautiful place. In the middle of it there's an old house, scary but beautiful.
Went with my daughter and husband and came from the heavenly line since the wait at the resort was 2 hours! They helped us right away and we were able to get all the equipment we needed in a reasonable time frame. The staff are super friendly and acc
Took this trail to go to Cascade Falls. It's flat for the first 5 mins or so and then becomes rocky and risky at the corners.
There is some construction work going on in the area so they have put up temporary boards marking the trail. Good job!

Very friendly customer service, and not to mention dog friendly, which we love. The beer is excellent and the brew master was very polite with us. I wish I had a chance to buy stickers of the brewery as I am a collector, but it just means I will have
While entering the North Lake Tahoe area, the first thing you can see is Eagle falls streaming down the mountains towards Lake Tahoe. The Eagle falls originates from Eagle lake and culminates at Lake Tahoe. There is a trail to the Eagle Lake, but we
Lake Tahoe is beautiful. Lots of trees, clear water, and we had blue skies. Mountain scenery around the water. It was a lovely vacation. I enjoyed it very much.
Brunch was good. Parking was easy. Had a short wait. Chicken fried steak was a good ratio of breading to meat. Hash brown were crisp on the outside and fluffy inside. Coconut French toast was a good portion. Overall everyone was happy with what they
