I love the Jaxon! The staff is always helpful and friendly. They take really good care of us and keep the property maintained and looking great! The residents are the sweetest neighbors and the sunsets are unforgettable.

I absolutely love the Jaxon apartments! This is my fourth year living here and all of the staff is wonderful! They take care of all issues immediately if there are any issues. Elaine, the manager is just a great person and so helpful, as are John and the rest of the staff, including maintenance! The property is beautiful and they always have fun events! Everyone is so friendly! I love that there is an elevator and you can only get in the building with a key fob. It makes me feel very safe! The pool is so beautiful too! This is the best apartment community I’ve ever lived in!

The Jaxon team has truly been amazing the front office staff is always kind and welcoming. Amber Eller is always smiling and taking the initiative to make sure all of us residents are doing well and all of our questions are answereded. I apprieate Elaine.B and John.J they always get me excited for all of our fun events. I appreciate the front office team setting up food trucks for our convince. I'm new to the area and the entire team especially our mantaince team is just outstanding.

I have been living at the Jaxon for 1 year now and glad I selected the Jaxon to call home. The apartment is spacious and modern. More importantly the maintenance team does a great job maintaining the building and responding to tickets that are opened for service. The leasing office is very responsive as well. Location is very convenient to shopping and it is easy to get to other areas in Jacksonville. You should put the Jaxon on your list if you are in the market looking for a new apartment.

The Jaxon complex is a great community to live in, very friendly staff, never had an attitude or any unpleasant experience with the entire team. When it comes to maintenance, Zafo is the man! He is always willing to help with a big smile, we needed maintenance for different reasons and the job was never left “half way”. There’s no better feeling than knowing that if we have an issue at home, it’s gonna get quickly and professionally resolved! Location: 10/10 Community: 10/10 Friendly staff: 100/100 Maintenance Response: 100/100 Recommended: 1000/1000!!!

The Jaxon apartments in Jacksonville, FL are located in an amazing location next to all the shopping and restaurants you could ever need. Apartments are extremely clean and very quiet! The amenities like the workout room, pool and the events at the complex are also great! The area manager, Elaine goes above and beyond to help you out with all the details of your move. Therefore, I highly recommend renting at the Jaxon!

Apartment hunting can be so tiring but from start to finish John and Elaine was very helpful and attentive when it came to me getting approved. Everyone is so inviting. Amber made my move in so smooth and I instantly knew I’d moved to the right place. The staff is great and my apartment is so cute. Love it here. I needed some minor repairs and Zafo was amazing he came in and knocked everything out in under 20 minutes. I needed a repair and Joshua was amazing he repaired it and was in and out in no time.

I absolutely love the Jaxon, and I want to give a special shout out to Amber for always being helpful and caring with the residents. Very supportive, and attentive, it’s obvious she cares for us very much. Another important team member is Josh in maintenance. He really pays attention to detail and is always happy to assist! I just love this community!
