Great place to stay. Very clean and nicely updated rooms with nice showers. Great breakfast with a nice patio overlooking the river. The staff was very nice and helpful. Great location for walking to places in Pigeon Forge. Quiet at night so you can get your rest. The pools were nice and clean.
Amazing! The Inn is a wonderful place to stay. My husband and I stayed for 5 nights for the Jeep Invasion. It was clean, quiet and you get an amazing breakfast every morning to start the day. And after a couple hours of walking the strip looking at Jeeps you come back and get free sweet tea and popcorn. Will definitely be our go to place when visiting Pigeon Forge.
If you're not careful you'll drive right by this place.everthing was perfect.the staff was excellent (nobody on cell phones) always attentive.the indoor and outdoor pools were perfect.no pet's allowed so the rooms didn't have an odor or stains! No pets in the eating area.Other hotels should take note every one is not a pet lover. They also had plenty of parking for pickups and trailers. This is my new go-to spot!( Especially for jeep invasion!!) There's also smokey mountain brewery in walking distance with great live entertainment.
My husband and I have stayed here several times. It's in a great location. It's our go to hotel. Staff is great. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast food was good with many choices. You can walk to several shows, stores and restaurants.
Add this to your stay list. Exceptional staff and facilities. Great river views also. This is our third visit there. That alone must tell you how great this location is. You are in the center of all activities worth visiting. Great opportunity to connect with the quest around the firepit or on the river patio.
The Inn on the River Hotel was clean and attractive. The staff was friendly, parking was free, and our room was very nice. The free breakfast had a good variety of items. The hotel has a good location beside the Little Pigeon River. There are restaurants within walking distance. We would stay here again.
The rooms were a little small, but pleasant and clean.. The deck facing the river was awesome. The hot tub room was dark and stuffy. Not sure why it started foaming when we turned jets on. Seemed kind of yucky. Breakfast area was nice and clean, but the food was sparse and not warm. 2 employees standing near the buffet were literally doing nothing. I saw one person with a limp, came from the kitchen and was filling some of the containers. The front desk employees were awesome. Very helpful and friendly.
We have stayed at Inn on the River many times and it never disappoints! The best part is the breakfast on the patio with the ducks wandering around! What a great view right on the Little Pigeon River. We have never had an issue in all the visits we have stayed. It is perfectly situated on the parkway right in the middle of literally everything.
My husband and I had a couples massages booked with hot stones⦠it was fantastic, relaxing, and well worth the money⦠a friendly staff & friendly and experienced massage therapists! We will definitely be back next trip! We loved it! Very clean an
This was a great place to come. There is a little something for everyone. Tons of shopping, food, entertainment, and rides. We didn't get to spend as much time as we wanted since one of our family members wasn't feeling well but we did ride the nice
We stopped here on our way out of town to pick up some fresh cinnamon bread to take home. The resort hotel was so beautiful as we pulled up the drive. We were immediately greeted buy a valet attendant that was so helpful and pointed us the way to par
My family and I dinned in on a Saturday for lunch. It was around a 45 minute wait time which seems to be quite normal. They will take your number and call when a table is ready which allows you to look around the area while you wait. We were seated i
Lots of seating, cool shops and things to do. The parking was rough and they only had 1 tram going so it was quite a walk to get there from the back of the parking lot.
Friendly service and nice little atmosphere. Excellent pizza. The dough was soft and voluptuous, with the crust having the perfect amount of crispiness. Pepperoni was savory and there was plenty of high quality mozzarella cheese on top. The sauce was
I visited this excellent coffee place during my trip to Pigeon Forge and am quite saddened I did not go before the last day of my trip. I literally would have gone every single day I was there. As it is I went twice that last day because of how gre
