The Inn on Holly Bed and Breakfast - Featured Reviews (54)
We had a wonderful relaxing stay at The Inn on Holly Bed and Breakfast to celebrate our anniversary. The accommodations were very beautiful but the best part of our visit was the breakfast in the morning. Yvonne and Jake were wonderful hostesses because not only was our breakfast very tasty, but also the information about Pitman, NJ, and the surrounding area was extremely interesting. The beds were comfortable and the original Victorian details in this historic home inspire awe and appreciation. We had dinner at Martini’s on Broadway, which Yvonne recommended. The food was delicious, the ambiance is intimate, the service was exceptional, and it was within walking distance. We would highly recommend this beautiful place for an overnight visit or an extended stay if you are in the area visiting or catching a play at the Broadway Theatre of Pitman. We would be visiting again soon!
I stayed here with my teen daughter while we were in town for a dance competition. We chose to stay here mainly because of reviews about cleanliness, and we were not disappointed! The room was so clean, and when I crawled into the plush comfy bed, I could smell that the linens were just washed, and it was a very soothing feeling. I had a wonderful sleep!|Our hosts, Yvonne and Jake, were so accommodating and friendly to talk to. Yvonne gave us a nice tour of the rooms when we arrived, and told us everything we needed to know for our stay. |The next morning, we had the most fabulous breakfast as well as friendly genuine conversation with Yvonne and Jake in the beautiful common dining area. |My daughter and I loved the attention to detail, and the special little touches (like the sweet Valentine decorations and the little basket of snacks by the entry, which were a nice treat for the road). Everything seems well cared for, and you can tell the owners love what they do. |Unfortunately, we did not get to explore the area at all because impending snow cut our trip shorter than planned. But as a beautiful, comfortable, clean place to sleep, and a delicious breakfast to follow, the Inn on Holly exceeded my expectations. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
We had a wonderful stay with Yvonne and Jake! There was plenty of parking there, the house was beautiful, pictures don't do it justice! The bedroom/bathroom were terrific and the king size bed was extremely comfortable! We didn't belly up to the bar at the Red Rail but we saw it in action (just after a Phillies walk off win!) and it's very cool! The flowers and plants around the property are thriving and well kept, very nice! We were treated to a gourmet breakfast on the porch with beautiful weather! We highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again, Great job!
Yvonne and Jake are gracious hosts! We had the opportunity to stay when our home renovation was not quite ready. The rooms are beautiful! The beds are comfy, and the breakfasts are delicious! The flowers are gorgeous! A short walk to the restaurants and Broadway Theater. Cozy and welcoming bed and breakfast!
My best friend was getting married nearby in Sewell, and my husband and I wanted a cozy place to stay for two nights. We slept comfortably on the king-sized bed in the Taylor Magnolia room, enjoying coffee and a delicious breakfast each morning. We enjoyed speaking with our hosts, Yvonne and Jake, along with the other guests. The sitting room was comfortable and beautifully furnished. We walked to the downtown area, eating lunch at Martini's on Broadway next to the beautifully restored theater. The downtown area was bustling and fun to explore. We highly recommend this beautiful B&B.
As the mom of a new college student, it is so nice knowing that I can be close by without paying an arm and a leg to stay at a chain hotel with mediocre services. Yvonne and Jake are incredible hosts and their attention to detail is above and beyond. Do NOT skip out on breakfast- homemade and delicious! Shops, restaurants, bars, and more are all in walking distance. Looking forward to my next stay during Family Weekend!
What a great night of sleep! She told me I'd sleep good and she wasn't kidding. No really, what a lovely place to stay. Our room was clean, the linens were fresh, and breakfast was yummy. We were in town for a wedding so we didn't get to explore the town but as for our stay here, it was very comfortable and I would recommend.
This is a lovely Bed & Breakfast. Yvonne and Jake are wonderful hosts and made me feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious and the bed was very comfortable. Located near downtown Pitman, there is lots of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Highly recommend.
I am lucky to have this park near me. It is always kept clean and well maintained. It has a play ground, peaceful trails, access to Alcyon lake with a boat ramp, and many athletic fields; 5 stars.
Innovative little store offering a variety of creative crafts and gifts. The folks were very helpful in finding unique gifts for my anniversary Ivy. Know we've been together 10 years. Typically I buy insane jewelry, but this year was a complete chang
Neck of the woods is a great little brewery to visit while waiting for your kids game to start. Great selection of different kind of beers... Especially sours.
Had an early dinner with a party of six without reservations. We were seated promptly and received excellent service from the waitress throughout the meal. Drink specialties, appetizers and main course were delicious and enjoyed by everyone in our g
