My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at The Inn. We stayed in the "apartment" suite, and we loved it. 5 seconds and we were on the sidewalk, and within 10 minutes we could walk anywhere we wanted (and we did lots of walking!).|The communication from The Inn via email and text was perfect. No issues checking in, no issues adding an additional night, and the property was what we expected - quaint and simple. Beds were comfortable, bath in the apartment suite was very roomy and updated. Other reviews mention about how good the room smelled, and they were right.|There was even a map of the area on our kitchen counter with handwritten suggestions on places to visit.||Definitely enjoyed our stay in Southport, and The Inn at Southport was a big part of it. Glad to give an excellent review.

This place is so darling. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. Yes 👍 bathroom is small but shower is great. We loved sitting outside I. The courtyard area when our family came to meet us. |Victoria the asst manager was the best at helping us with anything we needed . Also, lots of great places to eat and shop within short walking distances .

The perfect little spot in Southport. My sister and I went down for a long weekend recently. Always wanted to stay at this spot. The room was cute, clean, and smelled great! Cozy chairs outside of rooms. Easy walk to water front and shops and restaurants. Loved hearing acorns hitting the tin roof. I felt guilty wishing for rain so I could hear it on the roof also. Owner was awesome and pays attention to the details. And was very patient when we locked our selves out of the room. Will definitely go back!!!!

We have stayed at the Inn in Southport for several years now, and usually multiple times each year. We have always been exceptionally pleased with the accommodations, staff, and the service. Our last visit has been equally amazing. Rebecca and her team go out of their way to make a trip to the Inn more than just a vacation. For us it has become our little peace of heaven in Southport. The Inn itself is decorated in such and inviting way you don’t want to leave. The rooms are cozy and very comfortable. The proximity to all the activities in Southport makes the Inn at Southport another reason to stay. We can walk to all the places we love the most. Rebecca will provide you the personalized service that you won’t find anywhere else. We love it and already have a room booked to enjoy the Inn for Christmas. If you are looking for a small boutique inn experience you will certainly find it at The Inn in Southport.

Went this past weekend as a engagement celebration with my fiancé. The place was beautifully done inside and out. The room was spotless, comfortable and cozy. I mentioned I was going following an engagement and we were met with a handwritten note, heart shaped confetti, and champagne in the fridge. We will never forget our stay. Thank you so much!

The Inn is small and cute and exactly what we needed. We actually extended our stay after we got into town because everything was so great. We arrived to find an annotated map and a handwritten note telling us some things to check out around town, they were very useful! We were able to reach someone very quickly whenever we needed via text. The room was perfect, even had an aroma diffuser (I think that’s what it’s called). We were able to park right in front of our door every time except once, but the parking spot we did find was only a couple doors down. Plenty of things to walk to around town, or borrow a bike from the inn for free! Short drive to beaches and Bald Head Island ferry. Would definitely stay here again.

This motel was absolutely beautiful. It was quiet, comfortable and quaint. Such a great location and they added a personal touch to our room. Great communication from the owner. The room was remodeled and clean. I’d say this room was better than most hotels I have stayed in. Will definitely be back on another trip to Southport.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We loved the cozy room, proximity to the waterfront/restaurants, and the kind management. Our every need was met quickly. We look forward to coming back!!!
