Positive: The staff was absolutely phenomenal. The coffee machine, the breakfast, the trail mix bar, botanical buddies.?..all great! Negative: The water pressure in the shower would come and go. The hot water in shower was hit or miss as well. If it was busy, parking was scarce
We couldn't have had a better experience and stay. The hotel was clean and easy access for many things to do like hiking and fishing. Hotel concierge staffer Mads was extremely helpful and gracious answering all questions and going the extra mile on recommendations to ensure we had a great trip.
My family thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night stay at The Inn at Riverwalk. The staff, in particular Chris and Mads, were friendly and most helpful. The beds were very comfy, the room quiet, and the laundry facilities a real bonus. |I did feel that the $30 amenities fee added to the room rate was excessive but would still recommend this location to friends.
Very disappointing hotel. Located in a retail strip center, minimal lobby/public spaces, postage stamp sized rooms. The elevator was broken, so to get to our room we had to go outside, through a retail mail room, up an office elevator through a locked vestibule, and long walk to our room. No porters, no discount for inconvenience. We had no room service - they said you could have room service every other day, so for a two-night weekend stay, no cleaning. Breakfast is a stale warmed up Motel Six-type breakfast. Basically, this is a $120/night hotel, for which we paid almost $400/night. Don’t stay here if you have another choice!
Weekend getaway for visiting family in Vail. The room was not clean, thin layer of dust on the beds, lamps, phone, the fridge did not work. Informed the front desk staff a lady of the condition of the room and was told that she would send maintenance up in the morning to look at the fridge and this did not happen. I also informed the check out staff that the room was dirty and he stated he would let housekeeping know but did nothing else. For the price paid it is disappointing that the room was not clean and the fridge did not work.
Great location to feel like a local without breaking the bank. The Mountain Fish House is awesome right in the entry way to the hotel!
Great stay, lovely hotel but what stood out was the EXCEPTIONAL service ! The front desk were very helpful particularly Eddie. He went above and beyond to help me out on a number of occasions during my stay. Thank you all for making my stay very pleasant.
All Staff members I interacted with were courteous and friendly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Room was clean. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bed and linen was great. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stayed 2 nights. First morning came downstairs at 6am and had a breakfast burrito and coffee. Second morning I was surprised not to see any food or coffee ready at 6am. Front desk person said management changed the hours of operation. Also, no more 24/7 coffee in breakfast dinning area 😢. Apparently, management changed that too. New hours on coffee in breakfast area starts at 7am, no more 24/7 coffee.
Always friendly service and the food is consistently good. Iâve tried most of the menu and Iâm never disappointed. Definitely a great place for a snack, lunch or dinner. Live music is always a bonus every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdayâs from
delicious food and great service, perfect for a nice meal with loved ones to wrap up a long day on the slopes :). everything we tried was great! took our serverâs recommendation for appetizers and grabbed the spanish octopus and scallopsâboth wer
I stumbled upon this place by accident, and it was the best random decision I ever made. The atmosphere is unparalleled (super rustic with many wall mounts of wild game), the service and staff are absolutely amazing, and the food is excellent! Lots o
Fiesta's is an Edwards Staple for Mexican Food in Edwards. On my last visit, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They have a great happy hour menu that I would like to revisit the next time.
