The Inn at Gull Lake - Hotel in Richland - 12500 M-89, USA

Manager was excellent with communication and just a joy to work with once we arrived. The owner and the staff that we met were all very helpful and very kind as well. I highly recommend their facility. Very convenient for golfing as well. A person in our party, had a health issue and I can’t say enough about the way they handled it with compassion and just pure kindness. Older motel that has been updated. Sleeping room is spacious, clean and comfortable. This was well updated. Very comfortable King bed in very good condition (mattress). Quiet and convenient. Nice simple coffee and pastery included and available in the morning. Pleasant environment. The tiny bathroom is the drawback. Manager was friendly and clearly wanted to be helpful. Lovely location next to golf course and lake accross the street. We would stay there again. Dining across the street at Compass & Cleaver (dinner only) is exceptional!

I do not leave a lot of reviews, but I do when I have exceptional service. My friend blindly booked a room for me for the night, so my expectations were not set very high. But, I have to say I was astoundingly impressed. I clean houses for a living so, I set the bar extremely high on cleanliness. Again, I was astounded on just how immaculate the room was. The property its self is beautiful. The lodge is gorgeous. The customer service is better than any 5 star hotel I have ever stayed at. Dave is super attentive, personable, hospitable and sorta funny. On a serious note, you can tell how much he loves what he does, and truly cares about his clientele. This is the only hotel/motel I will ever consider staying at when I am in the area.

This was the ideal place to stay while visiting cousins on Gull Lake!! Super nice people and a clean, comfortable room for my brother & me to share! We will definitely stay there again!!!!!

Had a good weekend of golf (five stars). Played four courses (Bedford Valley, Stonehedge South, Gull Lake View East and GLV West); three of which were great. Had never played the West course before and local knowledge would have been helpful on several holes. If you have not played West before you might want to stick with the other courses.||There was no internet in our room (two stars) or in the Lodge. The oven in our room would not heat above 120 degrees. The refrigerator leaked, damaging most of our food. When I told the manager of the Inn (via email) about our room issues, she forwarded the email to the owner. ||He said the oven and refrigerator have since been replaced and the internet restored. He then verbally assaulted me because he's played the West course many times (generating local knowledge) and loves it. I was further yelled at for not telling him about the oven and refrigerator sooner. ||I was not expecting to be vilified for providing feedback (correct feedback as he did not challenge me that the oven and refrigerator needed to be replaced). I am still reeling from the assault, largely because I don't think I deserved it. I guess everyone has their own style; it's not the way I treated customers. But, as my mother often said, "That's what makes the world go around."

We loved our stay here, and plan on coming back. The room was super clean , the staff was friendly and helpful. Felt very comfortable and safe. Highly recommend. We have told everyone about how great this place is.

Worst place ever, granddaughter has bedbug bites all over her face and hands. BEWARE. What does any of that have to do with my granddaughter getting bedbug bites all over. And with what you commented, he told your staff his wife and other kids would be coming. Your comment has nothing to do with bedbug bites. They slept on the pull out couch, she looks horrible from the bites. Everyone should beware

Very nice remodeled rooms, accommodating staff, clean, and very comfortable environment! Carlene is fantastic and the new owner Dave is doing many great things too make the experience memorable! Our group of 20 plus guys has been going to this hotel for over 30 years. Our most recent visit was the best ever! Keep up the great customer service and best of luck to you in the future! Thank you!
