Our stay was fantastic. EVERYONE was so nice and helpful, no matter what you needed or when. Every time you passed someone in the hall or lobby they said hello or good morning etc. The breakfast was good and all the Staff working it were friendly and helpful, especially the nice guy from Nebraska who made our omelets. Room was clean, halls were clean, no matter where in the place you went it was well kept. Santa was alot of fun and I loved the clock!! We were there just a week or so before the outside pool area opened and they gave us a discount. But it does look like it will be very nice when done. Definitely worth 5 stars.

This was our first time staying here. It is magical, especially if you have young children. A beautiful hotel with exquisite detail in decorating. Clean rooms, free wifi, comfortable beds, fresh baked cookies, the breakfast was phenomenal! Santa is on site for the kids they also have a scavenger hunt. Location was great we could walk to some stores & restaurants, near the island. We will definitely be back, absolutely love this place!

Me an the wife spent 2 nights here for our 25th wedding anniversary. We had a great time, beds were all some. Staff is super friendly an very nice. The only complaint we have is our room didn't smell very pleasant. We didn't complain to the staff about it. This makes us probably close to 20 times staying here an was our very first issue. We will continue to stay here in the future.

Always a great stay! The staff is very kind and the rooms are so wonderful. The Christmas theme keeps us smiling! I appreciate the housekeeping staff so much - special shoutout to Kathy who took great care of our room while we were there. Can't wait to come back next year!

This is our favorite place to stay. Everyone there is so wonderful. The rooms are always so clean and breakfast is absolutely delicious. The staff is the absolute best! And of course our favorite part of the trip is hearing Santa sing. We make our plans while visiting around when he is singing.

This was our first stay at the Inn at Christmas Place and we're already planning on coming back! We went as a group of three adults in August and had a lot of fun. The breakfast has a wide variety and doesn't end until 10 AM which is very nice. From 9-9 on the hour, the bells in the main room play Christmas songs. There are also scavenger hunts and programs throughout the week like marshmallow roasts and Santa concerts. There's a beautiful courtyard and the indoor pool is available while they build the new outdoor one. The hotel is between Parkway and Teaster Lane which is very convenient as we were able to quickly get to many of the attractions. We had a problem with our third-party booking but the kind staff quickly resolved it for us and we were able to get a room. I would highly recommend staying here and will be back to see the outdoor pool!

My family of 3 absolutely adored everything about this hotel. My 3 year old son had a blast seeing everything Christmas in September! We spent the evening taking family pics in jammies by the big Christmas tree, eating their complimentary christmas cookies in bed, and finished it off by renting the movie Elf from the front desk to watch in bed. On top of all of that excitement the entire hotel was extremely clean. Continental breakfast was great and bonus points for Santa being there! We’ll definitely be back!

Immaculate and beautiful place to stay! Fantastic breakfast included with wonderful choices and great quality items. Love the themed rooms and how quiet my room was. Staff is very friendly and helpful.|Felt very comfortable and safe there even though I was alone. This is the only place to stay in Pigeon Forge with this quality.
