This hotel exceeded my expectations. I was expecting older rooms, but surprisingly they were very nicely renovated. Very clean, great view to the pool. It was nice to see the Christmas tree from my room. Pretty comfortable bed and pillows. Hot tub and pool temperature were just perfect, enjoyed it. Convenient location.
Everything from the location, service, and room was excellent! Valet was quick, and helped us with our ski storage. The on-site restaurant was a little pricey, but the food was delicious! Definitely try their bloody Mary’s with breakfast! The beds were extremely comfortable, decor luxurious, with large bathroom. The ski Valley will even bring your skis to the bottom of the lift each day. Will definitely stay here again.
Wonderful stay. Loved that it was dog friendly. The little things such as the hot chocolate and s’mores really added to our exceptional experience. Having the fireplace in our room made our stay so cozy. We stayed here 5 nights around Christmas and had a magical experience. Having the ski shop on site made our trip so convenient. Only a 5 minute walk to the gondola.
From the moment we booked the trip, Joy took care of us immediately. With the warm welcoming of Justin and the staff, we had the best stay ever. With Jessica setting us up for our honeymoon massages along with Spencer and Nick making us our signature drinks, it was just a mixture for happiness. The staff and hotel has done more than everything we asked or needed. I hope that each member is recognized for their service because it was memorable each time. Thank you and hope to be back soon!
My husband and I stayed here for the weekend, as we were celebrating our anniversary. The room was ok. I don’t think this room was check by a supervisor after the housekeeper “ cleaned”. Because stuff was on the floor at the bedside table, and the carpet was very dusty “ wasn’t vacuumed!”. The coffee cups in our room was stained with coffee “ those shouldn’t be in rooms”.Front desk was ok.. the bell men’s are great!. The young man who brought our champagne to the room was very polite. And thanks to Chris from concierge for the note, we appreciated that. All rooms should be spotless. But I would definitely come back. Thanks for having us.
Stayed 3 nights for a conference. Rooms were great hotel was charming. Accessibility to dining and shopping was good with the free bus service to take us and the hotel driver service to pick us up. Only complaint was the quick service food mart had shorter hours than noted on the website which cause my group to miss lunch one day since we didn’t realize we would need time to sit down at the restaurant to eat before heading back to the conference. Really enjoyed sitting out by the fire pits. They also do s’mores kits which was fun!
This not a luxury hotel, don't be fooled and do your research before you book here. This hotel is equivalent to a motel. The worst service, in fact there is no service at all, no professionalism, and a severely under trained staff that offers 0 hospitality, (nor up to date information of their hotel or area). Concierge and management are equally unhelpful and will disregard your questions. They label themselves as a luxury hotel but you can see they're only a 3 star property and the 3 stars are post their overdue renovations. The rooms don't have any luxury amenities and are cheaply held together. Take your business elsewhere.
The room wasn’t clean when we checked in. There were several dirty glasses so the housekeeping must have missed them. The restaurant was very average. The food quality was excellent but we waited over 20min for drinks. Food was delivered at separate times and for the price point it should have been much better.

We stayed in a townhouse. It was perfect. Small kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and comfy beds. It was less than 10 mins from the village/lift. It was very relaxing. We even called the front desk for a couple things and they were super quick to respond.
Beautiful dog park. I stopped on my travels from the West Coast to the Midwest. Not far off the freeway and very friendly locals. Beautiful spot in the valley.
Vail is huge, has awesome slopes, and stunning scenery. Coming from the east coast, it was absolutely jaw dropping when we first made it to the top. Definitely agree with everyone else that it's one of the most scenic resorts in Colorado.

Decided to try something simple and delicious, Blü Cow was just the right place. Their Swiss hot dogs are yummy, along with rejuvenating Uber Soup. Friendly service.

Not sure how I never came here in the past 12 years of being a Vail regular, I sure wish I had eaten here sooner. It's in a great location down along Gore Creek with patio seating and doors that completely open. They specialize in prime rib, so tha
