This is a historical treasure! The owner's Chris and Richard have done a true service saving, restoring and maintaining this hotel. Enjoy a tour complete with local history of Temecula. There is also a wine tasting flight /bottle of wine included. The beds are super comfortable! Bathrooms are down the hall- separate for women / men. |In the evening; enjoy a fire pit, s'mores and get cozy with blankets and the company of the hosts and other hotel guests. Such a great thing to connect with other people (not staring at their phones). |In the morning we collected eggs and fed the chickens. Then we enjoyed a homecooked breakfast. I actually cut fruit and conversed with another guest who whipped up eggs while the owners made bacon etc. It was so refreshing.|I highly recommend this if even just as a once in a lifetime experience! |(in the pic with the muffins, they are fresh baked and it is an "open fridge" policy. The Hotel Temecula is such a secret gift to Temecula’s past. It’s history is lovingly preserved by the owners Richard & Chris. Authentic. The rooms are beautifully appointed with individual air-conditioning and the best restful beds ever. Centrally located in the heart of the bustling downtown and close to wineries as well. You can feel the owners love of their town within the walls of the hotel and through the historical stories told by Richard. Coffee & breakfast included ending a relaxing stay in Temecula. The unique hotel has 10 rooms and 2 shared restrooms which makes it perfect for your family event, wedding, celebrations or small gathering. We will definitely return.

This Hotel is one of the most unique experiences I have ever had! It takes you to a place back in hystory. The owners Chris and Richard treated us like family❤️ They are such giving people and love sharing their respect for the hystory of their hotel , front street and the surrounding area. This hotel has a charm like no other! Chris and Richard saved this historic hotel from being bull dozed and wiped off the map forever. They pour their heart into Hotel Temecula...welcoming you with wine, sitting down with you telling you all the many stories they know with such passion. Making a campfire giving you warm blankets, and then waking up to the smell of bacon, coming down to a beautiful full country home cooked breakfast. We were welcomed with white robes and slippers. There was not one thing missing from this wonderful hotel. I highly recommend people to pay this little jewl a visit . Thank you Chris and Richard for you wonderful hospitality and generosity!

Thank you Chris and Richard for an amazing time we had on our 10th wedding anniversary. You have done a remarkable job preserving and restoring an 1800s hotel. We loved learning the hotel's history and seeing the original items on display. Thank you for educational indoor and outdoor tours. We loved the Hooker Room, enjoyed the Curry Wine tasting with Jen, loved Chris' homemade breakfast with free-range eggs from the hotel's chickens, and marveled at the unique museum-quality Hotel you preserved. We look forward to returning to the Hotel Temecula.

I just spent the most fabulous night at the Hotel Temecula! Owners Chris Greer and Richard Beck are the hosts with the most and leave no stone unturned to provide guests with an outstanding stay! The beds and pillows are like floating on clouds and every room is more quaint then the last! My girlfriends and I will definitely be back! Such a beautiful and historical hotel in the heart of Old Town!

If I could give it more than 5 stars I would, because it deserves it. The only thing better than the actual rooms is the service provided by the owners. The owners, Richard and Chris, were unbelievably accommodating and extremely knowledgeable about their hotel's history as well as the history of all of Temecula. This hotel is an absolute experience. I would recommend staying more than one night in order to fully enjoy everything the hotel and its hosts have to offer, as well as the town just one block away. It is located a block down from old 395 which has a ton of restaurants, shops and bars. The location could not have been better. The rooms were incredible, like a step back in time, never been to another hotel like it. Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in too! Single best hotel or B&B experience my wife and I have ever had. This is the only place we plan on staying from now on when we stay up in Temecula.

Just came back from a one night stay in the HOTEL TEMECULA with my sister and I am trying to think of one word to describe this HOTEL experience.....I can’t .....because there are many great words to describe our stay....amazing....thoughtful.....delicious......||A trip back in time......connection to the past. The owners Richard and his wife Chris were the most welcoming hosts I have ever met. Richard who has a passion for saving this historic Hotel was happy to share his infinite knowledge with his guests. When you leave you feel that you are now a part of the history of this amazing Hotel. Chris will make sure that you don’t leave hungry. She puts out quite the spread of food for breakfast including fresh eggs from their own chickens. They go out of their way to make you feel like you are a part of their family. In the evening Richard makes a nice fire for his guests to gather around and enjoy a nice fireside chat....very enjoyable!!! This was not just a stay at another hotel....it was truly an experience!!!!!

Ford & Elm and The Petal Bar. Cute shops with home decor, gifts and flowers. I was at their Grand Opening and it was a nice event. Music, catered appetizers, photo ops and a hand-cut silhouette profile portrait artist. Lots of fun! The local business owners are the nicest, friendliest, hardworking and do their best to provide a nice shopping experience at their location in Old Town Temecula
