Nice hotel clean and friendly staff. Location is a little too far out. Would have paid more to be closer to town. Breakfast was pretty standard. I wish the rooms were brighter and updated at bit more.

2 1/2 star rating not high enough. Liked everything about this hotel. Front desk staff were overly friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Enough towels. Bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast adequate. Good location. Highly recommend.

Motel-like. Nothing special. Clean rooms. We stayed as part of a team block. If I had been on my own, I’d have paid a little more and gotten a much better location! This was just off a highway, not walkable to anything. Response to Owners: Very fair comments - If I was there for the spa or a concert this place would be awesome!! Your staff is very kind. My daughter absolutely loved the breakfast potatoes.

I can't say enough good things about the hotel... Beds were so comfortable..so many pillows it was great .. breakfast was good... But the Staff are the Best I have ever dealt with .. Autumn was fantastic...and Lilly was sooo helpful when we couldn't get to the shuttle bus ... Just an all around Great Hotel. Nice and quiet in the halls... Everyone was like family... Great experience and I highly recommend this Hotel.

Positive: Improved clenliness and overall aesthetics from stay 1 year ago. Negative: Attention to detail is lacking. Room Coffee machine did not work and there were no replacements available. Room had no soap or shampoo. They're trying but not there yet.

We were in town for a concert at SPAC. Our room was filthy!!! Only 1 ac unit worked (the one in the living area). There was so much dust in that room my boyfriend had a full blown asthma attack. We called the front desk which the guy was nice. He called housekeeping up to the room. She explained that she was training someone and she would speak to her. As a manager she should have inspected the room before it was rented. The ac units had all plaster them,the windows were filthy. You could hardly see out of them! I own a cleaning business I work solo. I understand that hotels and restaurants are struggling but that doesn't mean that we should suffer! They did refund us our $900.

Positive: Nice room. Very comfortable and clean. Bathroom very nice. Front desk hotel employee at check-in was very pleasant. Breakfast attendant was friendly and working hard. Went out of her way to help me. Negative: Hallways and carpet a little battered.

Amazing place. Rooms so clean, very friendly staff made sure we were okay and had everything. Breakfast was a perfect, good selection of food. Lovely pool.
