The good news. The staff was warm, welcoming and helpful. The property is undergoing needed renovation. The reception/lounge area is attractive and charming. The room was clean. Great location in downtown close to restaurants and shops.|The bad news. The room renovations are shoddy. The seemingly new sink faucet was already separating from its base. The workaround wiring is beyond comprehension and...has it passed code? The window curtains are not designed to fit the space. The materials are modernish but made from cheap materials. The name of the property is misleading as it should be clearly described as a motel. Any reasonable person would describe this property as a motel with parking only steps from the room entry.
We really enjoyed our 1-night stay in the center of town in this freshly renovated motor inn. Ann, at the front desk, was super-welcoming, professional & helpful. Our rooms were sparkling clean. There's a small cafe/bar in the lobby that was still open. Breakfast with eggs & Pendleton bacon suited our early departure.
Had a great stay. Perfect location right in the middle of downtown, short walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars, underground tour, Hamleys is kitty corner.|Staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to make sure you have a good stay.|The building is going through renovations. The rooms are clean, furnishings new, bed/bedding comfortable. The air conditioner worked great even though it was over 100 degrees during visit.|Complimentary breakfast every morning of bacon and eggs along with coffee, other beverages, yogurt, toast, fruits. bagels/cream cheese.|The lounge has full bar and food menu.|Great bang for the buck and will recommend this place to friends.
We stopped here during a motorcycle trip, and had a good time. The room was clean but had a few bits that seemed a little unfinished. It had some nice modernity - the sink mirror had buttons that lit it up, and the nice big TV in the room didn't have ocnventional cable TV but it did have some streaming services which were fun to have access to. The maintenance dude was SUPER cool. When we got into the room, we couldn't get the TV to connect to the internet. We called the front desk, and they sent this delightful gentleman to get us up and running (it turned out a prior occupant had made off with a remote which was evidently required for the media streamer to connect properly). He was super friendly and awesome. The beds were comfortable and had decent pillows. The room's AC blew nice and cold. My only gripe was that the room felt a little small and cramped, but for the price I paid, I think it was a good value. My buddy and I liked the included breakfast, which consisted of good quality bacon, REAL scrambled eggs, a variety of breads to toast, juice, and some other stuff. It was good quality food. I like that the hotel was right down the street from a gas station and the downtown area. I would definitely go back to this place!
Overall we really enjoyed our stay. There just wasn’t any body soap or hand soap. The location and service were amazing. Rooms were simple and straight forward but still nice. Bathroom was small but it did its purpose. The bar below is also open till 11:45pm. There is also free breakfast. Will stay again.
Room was clean, beds were comfortable. You can tell they have been recently remodeled. Really liked that the hotel was walking distance too get food. Breakfast in the morning in the lobby was good. Easy check in and checkout. The front desk girl was super nice and professional. Highly pleased with our stay here.
Cute hotel rooms that were comfortable and clean. Nice soaking tub to relax. Convenient breakfast and coffee in the lobby with a nice lounge/bar. There is also a cool mural on the wall you can take your picture with some western legends. Staff was very friendly.
Our family enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Pendleton. Beds were comfortable, clean rooms and relaxing soaking tub. The lobby is very nice with welcoming staff. Convenient breakfast and coffee in the lobby. There was also a nice bar/lounge and a fun wall for taking pictures with your favorite western legends.

Front desk very welcoming and efficient. Room was small, very clean. Bathroom had very special shampoo,conditioner, body lotion. Nice thick towells. Bed comfortable.

My best friend and I showed up after having detoured 4 hours to avoid the I84 closure and were exhausted. We needed separate rooms because I had to work early in the morning. The front desk person was amazing and then the 2nd person at the desk later
An incredibly eye opening experience! We left with a completely different view of the history we've been taught compared to reality, so sad, and wished we could apologize to everyone on behalf of all the awful things we did to all the native tribes.
