When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Caleb. He was truly exceptional in assuring our stay would be pleasant and comfortable. He explained where everything was located and gave some local suggestions for restaurants and family fun. He made us feel right at home. His genuine friendliness and attentiveness set the tone for an unforgettable experience. It is evident he takes pride in his hospitality.||||Caleb recommended Arricia, the hotel's restaurant. The food was excellent and our breakfast there was a highlight of our stay. It was a great atmosphere to visit with family over a great meal. We are grateful for his recommendation. ||||Overall our experience was great and we hope to go back soon. It will be our first choice while visiting in Auburn.
Great to get back to AU, lots of changes. The conference center was perfect, great location for anything on campus and immediate area. Clean, courteous staff and nice rooms made the stay worth the cost. Only negative was our experience at the Piccolo Lounge, atmosphere great for the live jazz band but service was not good: no silverware with dessert, asked server but had to hunt some down when she did not come back. Drink server was pleasant but overcharged us wrong drink price and open bottle charge when we didn't bring an outside bottle. Nonetheless, those minor hiccups did not diminish the overall joy of visiting AU and staying at the Conference Center.
We stayed August 14-16 while moving our son into his room on campus. This was our first stay at The Hotel at Auburn and we were very excited as the lobby is gorgeous and we love Ariccia, the hotel restaurant. ||We were surprised at the dated look and small size of the room when we entered, but it was fine. It wasn't until we opened the window shade and saw a dried, scaly substance dripping down the window that we had our first "yuck". Then, after we showered in the morning, we noticed the sink was leaking. Worse than that, when I went to the bed, I noticed the duvet had come off the comforter. The comforter was dingy with blood spatter all over it. YUCK!!||I went to the front desk and asked to speak with a manager. A woman named Trisha came out. I showed her the pictures of the room and, per her request, texted them to her as well. She said they took cleanliness very seriously and that someone would come to the room and clean everything. She also so said she would get back to us to discuss how to make us more comfortable for the rest of our stay. ||That afternoon, after the room was cleaned, I noticed the comforter had been changed. Someone tried to address the sink leak, because it was better but still leaking. Window not addressed. It was then that I noticed the bedside tables so full of dust that it looked like snow was on them. I swiped my finger on the glass, and it came off full of dust. This was AFTER the room had been 'cleaned'. Yuck, yuck!!||Neither the manager Trisha nor anyone else from the hotel ever reached out to us, nor was our bill adjusted in any way, which is very disappointing. I travel regularly for work, and this was one of the worst experiences I have had in the last ten years.
Caleb and the entire staff couldn’t not have been more friendly and welcoming! We came to do a college visit and all three kids decided they loved Auburn even before the tour because of how friendly and welcoming the staff was. Beds are comfortable, great amenities, and location couldn’t be better! The resturant is also fabulous!
We stayed while at Auburn for a tour/visit to the school. Beautiful hotel, well maintained and within walking distance of all things Auburn. The staff was welcoming, and ready to help from the moment we pulled in. If ever back in the area, this will be my first choice to stay.
Teach your staff to be friendly and quit thinking you are better than your guest! Valets need to wow out of town guest and someone should have offered to bring at least my wife’s luggage upstairs. I can carry mine but come on be better for your stars and your price!
Pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel in the heart of Auburn. Very nice state of the art rooms, with the latest amenities. I've stayed at several hotels in the area on business, but this is the one from now on.
One drawback was you have to park in the 4th or 5th level of the parking garage next door. Little bit of a pain but not too bad, but also $20 a night extra.
Wonderful location and absolutely fabulous service, Sunny and Tameika. Everyone slept so well, walkable to Hey Day, AU is literally across the street, breakfast at the hotel was outstanding, my wife loved the conditioners and shower. My daughter ran into friends in the lobby. We wish I could have stayed longer.

ð ⨠Absolutely love the Auburn-inspired decor from the breathtaking rooftop bar views to the lobby bar that feels like a cozy retreat. Comfort, style, and Southern hospitality at its finest! Hi
The front desk staff were friendly. The suite was nice. I loved being able to control the temperature in the bedroom. The only downside was the fact that are not enough places to hang towels in the bathroom.
This is one of the coolest playground parks on the planet. We bring all of our friends here if they have kids. And the big kids like playing too. Nothing like watching some college students and adults and parents playing on some of the playground app

Finally got to visit and I will certainly be back. The employees are so kind and helped me decide what to order (hazelnut latte and lemon cranberry muffin...10/10) and the atmosphere is delightful. It's a great spot just off the main downtown. Purcha
