This was my second visit. Great place to meet with friends and listen to live music. I see a the American equivalent of a British pub, but much more colorful and cozy. Good selection of tasty comfort food, excellent service, good assortment of draft beers, pool table next to a generously sized area for bands and open mics to play. I have seen a cozy and colorful outdoor patio area, but in both of my visits the rain prevented enjoying it. Wonderful hosts!
Railroad themed, tavern style bar in the bottom level of a local, extended stay inn. Steps from the Dutchess County Rail Trail. Down home feeling and working class atmosphere. Not unusual to see the prison guards and Sanatation workers or the local Bishops grabbing a drink after work. This bar always seems busiest for after-work happy hour specials. While they offer a full bar and have experienced bartenders, this is the place you go for 2$ domestic cans or an order or chicken fingers. This is one of my personal favorite places to go when you need the "Cheers" everybody is always glad you came experience. Most likely you have stories about this bar that have not been true in 25 years. Come give this place a second chance. You might be suprised.
We wanted a dive bar to celebrate our anniversary that had cheap drinks and solid bar food. Couldn't have picked a better place.
We were in last Sunday afternoon my wife was dressed as Mer Clause the bar was great and very friendly they maid us feel like one of the family thanks you we had lots of fun they maid our Anniversary more enjoyable
First time at this place they had a band, a food truck, outdoor and indoor drinking and plenty of bar games. The staff was very friendly, the drinks were very cheap and although this is a cash only bar they do have ATM which is convenient. This is a local bar but anyone looking for a chill spot to have some cheap priced drinks and have a good time this is your place for sure.
This place is pretty awesome & doesn't try to be something it's not. It's a true local dive bar that has been around longer than I've been a live. When you walk inside you're transported back in time to the days when bars provided more than just a place for people to get drunk. They have so many old school games & the largest shuffle board I've ever seen! I even caught a glimpse of an ancient artifact (pictured) while scoping the place out. How cool is it that they still have a pay phone?!?! Yes, it was a bummer that it didn't actually work, but still!! The outdoor space is unbelievable. They added this "Beach Yard" not too long ago & the thing is crazy. It's like being at a beach bar (minus the ocean & forgiving the fact that it's in the middle of a city) complete with sand and a treasure chest. Plus, they have live music outside in the summer and you can enjoy it with an ice-cold beer. Okay last, but CERTAINLY NOT LEAST, this place gets a 5-star because they probably haven't change their prices since prohibition! They have $2 cans of bud, bud lt, & coors on Tuesdays and $4 GIANT glasses of house wine on Wednesday. I met the owners & they said they didn't grow up with money and they want people to be able to enjoy a night out no matter their situation. I highly recommend you check it out if you want a place you can just show up to and be yourself. No glitz or glam, just the glory. A place to grab a beer, play the bowling game for a quarter, and grab some traditional pub food that isn't straight from the freezer. Did I mention the outdoor space?!? Anyways, I promise you'll love this place if you want to be a true localist and support small business. If you're searching for a trendy spot to grab a craft IPA and an organic, non-fat, gluten-free, vegan, kale salad... You'll hate this place.
Never ate there, in fact didn't even know they had food, but bartenders are great. Beer selection is solid, have plenty of spirits to choose from. Never had a bad time

Best bread outside of Arthur Ave. Bravisomo! Also recommend the crumb buns, pizza crusts and refrigerated pastas especially the manicotti. When I am in need of a true hoagie sub like a Cheesesteak ask for the grinder rolls in the back. If only Google
We were coming home from vacation. This was a good place to stop just to take a break. It's our second time here doing the same thing. Outhouses there which are well maintained. There's places to sit in the view are the lake is nice. You can also dri
Such a great place to visit if you love trains & history. A small museum but packed full of interesting memorabilia. Definitely worth visiting. Conveniently located on the Dutchess Rail Trail. Nice day trip, visit museum, walk the rail trail & then
On Feb 3rd we had a retirees luncheon at Villa Negrelli. Most of the retirees came from nyc and Westchester County. As always Chef Diego outdid himself. We started with a large tray of Buffalo wings. The wings were large and succulent. Then Chef Dieg
Longtime family favorite restaurant. My grandparents and parents used to come here for our major family celebrations. Dined here this evening - penne alla vodka was delicious as always. The bread is yummy, service is friendly, and make sure to l
This place was great. I went there in January 2021 and the staff were very friendly and polite and always greeted the customers whether they entered or left the place. Ordered garlic knots and a meatball sub and it was very good. The food was overall
