The Home Depot - Home improvement store in Jupiter - 1694 W Indiantown Rd, USA

I’m not very familiar with this Home Depot location, and when I walked in, I was lost I enter through the self checkout area, and a Home Depot associate by the name of Lola greeted me with a smile and asked if I needed any help. The customer service and demeanor of Lola is really what made my shopping experience a pleasure. It felt like I was shopping at Publix. I really appreciate someone going out of their way to help me locate my item. With a smile and positive demeanor. The customer service I received from the associates during this visit makes me want to come back and shop here now I know for next time that the people are more than willing to help and even walk you to an item as a gentleman did from another section to help me find drill bits for a gift.

I had a car battery succumb to the cold weather and needed a new one. I was truly disturbed at the prices after shopping around, after all it's acid and lead. A coworker mentioned that home depot has great prices on car batteries. I saved over 200$ and couldn't be happier with the service.

Every time I’m in this HD, I’m greeted with friendly smiles and helpful people. This past trip for a Christmas tree was nothing less than that. Ken in the tree tent outside showed us an awesome tree and we decided right away on that. Made this momma’s tree search quick and painless. He was super helpful and very friendly. Thank you, Ken!

This is for the Jupiter Home Depot on Indiantown Road. The store is nice and there's always someone around to help me find things. They do need more live cashiers. I don't do self-checkout. Also, the parking lot has the worst litter I've seen anywhere, ever. It's disgusting. They really need to send an employee or two out once or twice a day to tidy up. Lastly, I recently purchased flooring from this location, and the flooring department (especially David - at least I think that was his name) was super-helpful. They sent a third-party installer and that company did a beautiful job. My only complaint about the installation was that the workers left the floors filthy. I had to sweep, then damp-mop the entire home multiple times to get the floors clean. Every other worker I've used (so many over the years) has always cleaned up after themselves.

Could not get any friendly help in this store and not a military friendly location. Rude employees that act like you’re a burden for politely asking simple questions. First woman had an attitude and said she’d send someone else to help, no one came. Military discount was 2$ off a $450 purchase. When we asked why or if there was a mistake, she got snotty and turned her back.

I called the store multiple times and was met with the automated answering machine asking me what I needed. It rang several times and then hung up, called back a second time it rang several times and someone picked up my call and then transferred me, it rang again several times and then hung up, called back a 3rd time with the same experience as the first. Tell me why you can't pick up your phones???

They have a phenomenal paint department at this location. They definitely went above & beyond to help me with matching some interior colors for my home. I’m very thankful for their assistance.

I have shopped at home Depot for years. I asked for my veterans discount . Recently they did not show the same appreciation for my service, they just wanted my phone number. I have been advised not to give out my phone number to any one for security reasons . Even though I had an excellent photo ID from the veterans association.
