Love this place! Everyone is so nice and very helpful. The plant section is very good and sometimes you can even find deals! The store is always super clean… even the bathrooms. Abbey in the paint section is very very nice and knowledgeable about the different types of plants and finishes etc! Thank you Abbey!
I would like to take this time to appreciate the work done by Meriliz in helping me to cancel the order that I placed unfortunately to different store and she herself went inside and brought the product out for me..She was super supportive and present in person in every aspect of cancelling the process starting from placing the call to other store and made sure that they have cancelled the order. Besides, they have pretty much good light collections, I loved it and ordered some. Thank you for providing the great service!!
Karen from the returns department was very disrespectful, very rude, very mean, she was being racist. I don’t want to go into more details it’s is very painful the way she behaved with me. Karen, If you don’t want to be at front desk please don’t be, if you don’t know how to talk to customers please don’t. You ruined my day. I hope she reads this and learn how to treat people. Thanks to the manager she was polite and very helpful.
Fuquay Varina Home Depot that's bad.....can't even use a gift card from where my wife returned something with out having my wife present with her driver's license. Nope thats ridiculous. Way to make your customers jump through hoops. Needless to say I won't be back. Poor. Customer service.
Worst customer service and delivery service ever. Did not deliver my washer and dryer the day we paid them to deliver on. Supposed to be delivered on a Friday between 1:00-5:00 pm. At 8:30 pm received a phone call that my delivery would not be until Tuesday the following week. Was lied to five times by four people who claimed to be a manager. Two would not give a name and the other two were named Alex and Corina. Never received call backs when they said they would. Nobody cared, took responsibility, they were rude, they tried to talk over me, and they were not willing to help. They do not care about the customer. Do not buy from them!
I usually go to Home Depot since the store is closer even though the Lowe’s is bigger, newer and better organized. I just read that Mr Marcus, the major owner and founder is a big funder of Trump. He say he will continue contributing even if Trump is convicted. I won’t shop there any more. I do not want any of my money going to Trump
Curtis was the most helpful employee I have ever had the pleasure of meeting at a Home Depot. When they didn’t have the door we wanted, he found it at a nearby store for us. He also noticed the recessed lighting we already had in our cart and showed us a better option- help we didn’t know we needed! Thank you Curtis!
Kathie in appliances went above and beyond last night. She helped my husband and I pick out the best appliances for our needs in our new home. The buying process was easy and stress free. Our experience was better than we had hoped for! The cafe and cat rooms are just beautiful. The staff were all so friendly and especially kind in helping my son choose a drink, which was delicious. The cats were adorable and we loved our special time
We absolutely love OSB beers (Any Victory, especially!) Having a taproom in the Varina side of Fuquay is so convenient! We love ordering takeout from Nilâs Mediterranean Cuisine and eating at the taproom. Highly recommend!
