Of all the Home Depot I’ve been to, I found the help here to be the most courteous and helpful By far! Bravo to management for obviously instilling this into his staff! I walked up to two co-workers having a conversation…..they immediately stopped and without hesitation asked me if they could help me! They did, and I was on my way! The store is similar out to the one in my hometown, so navigating was pretty simple! The cashier was friendly and parking was a breeze!

We went looking for a very specific type of machine screw and were faced with a bewildering array, none of which matched our sample. Eric, in the hardware department, kindly assisted us or we might still be searching. He was professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Appliance delivery nightmare. Range delivery arrived while raining and the driver had no way to protect the product (tarp or plastic) from the rain. Claimed I would be responsible for any rain damage. Driver would wait only 15 minutes for rain to stop. As a result, it is going on three weeks and I still don't have my order. Unbelievable. Delivery phone staff rude and unresponsive.

Anthony in appliance sales at The Home Depot on Palm Beach Lakes helped us with our kitchen appliance purchase 2 yrs ago and we just purchased a washer/dryer from him. He is knowledgeable and listens to your needs and is great fun to work with.

Went in expecting a typical Home Depot expience. They did have what we needed, but when it came to checking out the one register that wasn't self check out had 3 waiting and she took 11 minutes with one person that had 2 items. So we went to self checkout. Three female employees at self checkout stood there talking about there personal life, then told us to wait at a different self checkout just for us to have to go back to the self checkout we were waiting on before another was about to. Needless to say these ladies were fully involved in themselves not helping customers. It was very frustrating. Inside and out was unorganized and parking lot area had trash everywhere and so many buggies too.

Been there everyday for the last month while working on remodeling my bathroom.

Nobody cares not even the manager tye. So rude acted like I was her personal enemy when I am just a customer asking for help. And it’s her job to help not be rude. Called customer service number and found out the manager lied about there procedure for no reason.

I have spent over $19000 on my Pro account, so far, this year. Always have wonderful interactions with the folks in Pro and self checkout, until today. I was ringing my items up by the particular job and am FULLY capable of operating the self checkout. That's why it's called a 'self' checkout. And some young man, whom I've never seen before rudely interjected himself into the situation. Just picked up the scanner and started ringing stuff that I had separated. Never asked if I needed help or if he could be of assistance. Completely rude with an abhorrent attitude, something I'm not at all accustomed to at this location.
