It’s always a positive experience to shop at Home Depot. I got these light fixtures for a rental property.

Karla was AMAZING!!!! She went above and beyond in helping find an item that I was looking for. They didn't carry it at this location but she helped me find it at a different location. She even called the store from her phone herself while I was calling them at the same time because the store wasn't answering. She was so invested in helping me find the item that I was looking for and didn't give up until we got someone on the phone. Thank you so much for providing such an amazing customer service. YOU ROCK!!! 😊

Never usually have a problem at this location but we checked online to see if we could bring our puppy in and the site said we could. We had a horrible experience at customer service returning an item. The lady helping us was extremely rude and passive aggressive. She told us that we were not allowed to bring our dog in the store and that she doesn't like dogs. She gave us an attitude the whole time. As we were walking around we saw a few other dogs. We asked 3 other employees about the dog policy and they were all very nice and said there was no problem bring in our dog. The cat lady needs an attitude adjustment.

What a terrible experience has been remodeling my kitchen. Complete lack of coordination between the subcontractors. Strongly do not recommend doing business with them in remodeling. It took 8 weeks and no coordination.

Good selection but doesn’t do much good when you get through checkout. Pro desk or self check out it all that’s open. We had way too much to do self checkout. Need more cashiers or at least someone who cares enough to open another register when the line is halfway down the lumber aisle. Then we needed managers approval for our transaction and the head cashier was on lunch. 5 minute wait. Super painful experience. Time is money.

Good service!!! Yesterday (12/17/23) I was able to order my kitchen appliances from them, after having gone to Lake Mary and the guy in that department told me that if I wanted delivery, I should go to customer service so they could verify what days they had available.

I normally try to avoid most HDs in favor of a different big box. But, sometimes you have no choice. I had to find M4 screws and the smallest on the racks was 6. I asked a guy in the screw isle and he pointed and told me they were in a drawer back there. I couldn't find that anywhere and asked an employee walking by. I asked if he had a second and he replied "I'm always busy, what do you want?" ((Keep in mind it's a nicely dressed outfit so, I'm thinking that it's a manager.)) He tells me everything is in the aisle I was in first and there's nothing in the back of the store. Now I remembered why I avoid it. Plus their stores are always a mess!

I shop both Home Depot and Lowe's. The store at this Home Depot is cleane and the staff seems knowledgeable. I purchased paint for a potting bench and the associate that helped me was very kind and helpful.
