The Home Depot - Home improvement store in Glendora - 1305 S Lone Hill Ave, USA

Went late last night 1/12/24 appliance sales rep Gus was working with another customer, Marcos filled in extraordinarily in the meantime. The customer service was the best I have ever received at a retail store. As soon as Gus was done with the other customer, he stepped in & provided superb customer service! I ended up getting the washer & dryer combo that best suit me & my family. Thank you soo much to Marcos & Gus for making this purchase so easy while providing all the details I needed.

Ordered a $800 toolbox from this store for delivery. Took off work because they will only leave at front door. Got alerted that the toolbox was delivered, which it wasn't. Then got a call that the they had lost the key for the toolbox drawer so they had to deliver a new one and it would be later in the day. Eventually, at the end of the day, I got a call to tell me they had rented out their delivery truck, so they weren't going to be making any more deliveries. Can you imagine how penny-pinhcing this massive corporation is that they rented their delivery truck even though they knew they had deliveries. Didn't want to miss out on that $29 rental fee even though they had customers that took the day off and lost a full day's pay. Will never use Home Depot again.

Stopped by for Christmas lights but couldn't find any of the icicle LED lights. Liana from gardening approached me and went out of her way to check the back and found what I was looking for. Made sure I had enough lights to cover the necessary length I was looking for. Thank you Liana for being amazing and making my experience easy and pleasant. Will definitely come to this location more often.

Customer is always last here. Twice in visits a month apart I've been asked to leave the hardware isle while looking for bolts or other parts so they could move a forklift in. It's bad enough to come across an isle that is blocked off on both sides during business hours but to be asked to leave an isle before your make your selection is just the height of rudeness. Not worth the aggravation. Just go to Lowes or Ace Hardware. They've always been helpful and don't tell the customer to get out of the way.

I was Home Depot fan. My home all furniture came from Home Depot, electrical appliances from Home Depot! I got upset this time, they do adjust price and no return policy at all. I just ordered a refrigerator October, and there are 200 dollars difference, they didn’t just for me. That’s made me upset completely! Move over! Never back Home Depot! So fake! Costco, Best Buy they really did it! They are very honest!

I went to Glendora home depot for 3 specific things. That place is so big, I dreaded looking for these items. I saw an employee, asked for the items and it was like I had my own personal shopper and checker! Her name is MARGIE and she was wonderful, checking to make sure my items were in shock, ordering home delivery for those that weren't in stock and taking me directly to JESUS to check out. Thanks Margie and Jesus for all the help!

Good website with lots of info if you search for it. I like how you can shop by department and even the departments are broken down into smaller categories. Security is tough.Prices are fair with only the brand's this place offers. Dont expect to find any local brand here. Customer service is not their strong suit. Returning items is good for those with a receipt. I don't care for the whole cashier situation they got going. Some machines only take cards and some only cash. Update -store and things look the same with minor changes to products and shelves. People working here appear to all be from the same planet.

The most friendly Home Depot I have ever been too .. awesome over the top customer service .. makes me wanna go back and buy stuff I want and I don’t need .. just because how friendly they are .. loved it!
