Had my delivery last Tuesday. Kept the appliances in the boxes because we were going to wait till this week to get them installed. Severe damage on the dishwasher. Home Depot says I’m stuck with it after only having it a week. I keep getting the runaround and different phone numbers but nobody will help. Horrible customer service highly recommend not buying here.

Service. It’s a simple concept that seems to escape this location. Came in @8:20 pm with a simple request. Needed to order a replacement sliding sash for a bathroom window. Even brought the old one with me. Walked back to window area. Two employees made eye contact…and kept walking. After several LONG moments of making obvious noise with my cart, asked employees who was unlucky enough to lock eyes with me if someone could be sent to help me. Sat for twenty minutes with zero employees coming back. Done. Passed FIVE employees on my way out. YOU HAD THE BUSINESS-all you had to do was help me. We’ll see if Lowe’s can figure it out.

Home Depot Albert Lea is our favorite place to shop. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. We shop there so often that I would have to write 20 reviews on 20 employees! They are all exceptional.

I have a love hate relationship with the store. I love that it is nearby, that it usually has the items I need, and that they offer a military discount. I hate the customer service, the lack of help in the lumber area and specifically when the lumber is on a 2nd row and you have to dig and climb to get a single decent board. But I get it, it's a big box store and you're paying for that experience so overall I give it 4.5 stars

No phone call or knock. Just drop 4000 pounds of lumber off anywhere. Nowhere near the job site on my busy road. It'll probably be half gone by tomorrow morning. Years ago I delivered pizza. This would be like stuffing the pizza in the mailbox. Unbelievable!!

Super cool except… they do not have one single chainsaw that is gas powered. All electric. How are you going to be the coolest department store and Not have a gas ran chainsaw anywhere in your store??? I’m confused. And the mowers out front are super tiny and way over priced. Where are the trailers? Brought someone here and they attempt to steal something I never bring a person here again ! Theft is wrong. Is corruption!
