Customer service is definitely hit or miss, definitely the type of location that works for folks who know what they need ahead of time. The employee working the self checkout was very helpful, he knew the tricks for the finicky card reader and which of the three bar codes on the PVC pipe would scan correctly.

Disappointed when Sliding screen door I need was not available even though online search states its in stock. Asked an associate, who stated that’s all they got. This is s busy place with lots of contractors all over. Hopefully they’ll keep items on shelves arranged and floor cleaned. There are hd nearby bigger than this location yet still managed maintain cleanliness, arrangements and availability of employees to help out with simple inquiries. Garden section is nice and well stocked.

10/13/2023, Friday. The lady wears glasses of customer service front desk very rudely,and I believe that she need go to see eyes doctor, she asked me go to the waiting line ends, there are only two customers behind me, and I come earlier than them. I don’t know why she believes that I later than them. The gentleman of the front desk is nice. Another lady works at plumbing aisle is lazy and rudely, she doesn’t give any help to customers.

At 7:42 pm WHY do you have 1 register 😩😩😩😩 im so upset with 10 employees standing around to tell you where to find stuff have them learn or have a register to help us Cash out 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Went there at 5pm on a Saturday. There was a skeleton crew and the workers I was able to find refused to help me find what I was looking for. Sent me on a wild goose chase around the entire store. Save your time, go to Lowe’s instead.

Person at paint desk was not helpful. He just didn’t seem like he wanted to help me solve my problem at all. I felt like I was bothering him and whenever I asked questions, it became argumentative and condescending. I’ve gone twice now just to try and get someone else at the desk but no luck. Guess I’m headed to Lowe’s

Low quality employees. One of the women at the customer service counter (looks like she was just standing talking to coworkers) gave major attitude when I went to grab an Empty cart by that counter. It was plenty of other carts around the entire counter not sure why that one was so special. Anyways, I went to grab one from outside after that, I didnt see where they were before entering. All in all, Sounds like Inconsiderate and Not Personable. Happening upon other reviews it very well may be the same Rude woman other folks have mentioned. Yea, definitely not someone who should be interacting with Customers.

I always find good clearance items and nice sales on products. Friendly customer service as always when I visit.
