Well-priced restaurant, bar and concert venue. Both kid and pet welcoming. Best priced drinks in the area. Tasty mushrooms, delicious okra.

Our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids) stopped in during our vacation. Everyone enjoyed their food! Several beers are on tap. We ate inside because it was hot, and we sat next to a door that led out to the kids' play spot. We went on a Thursday around 5 and had no wait and could easily pick our spot. Staff were friendly. Our waitress was the only one at that time and she stayed busy with all the guests inside. Kids enjoyed being able to eat and play. Adults enjoyed conversation, food, drink, and trips outside. The salsa is different - maybe a hint of dill? It was good, though. We had plenty of food to bring home.

We chose this place cause of the playground. There were 25 of us. It was raining when we arrived so the staff was able to sit us indoors. The service and food were great! The kids ran around inside a bit but we stayed in the back part of the building. Luckily all the other patrons sat at the bar to watch TV so we didn't bother anyone. The drinks were on point and the food was served fresh! We will definitely return to enjoy the outdoor patio.

Negative 5 star. I went there to visit a friend that had a really rough day. When we walked up to the bar I order a beer and he ordered one. The bartender asked if it was on one tab. I said I got his first one. She said okay. A little later my friend that had walked off talking to other people, came back and handed me a drink. I said "thank you, you didn't have to do that". He said "I didn't, I put it on your tab". I was like "hmm okay". I wasn't upset at this point because I did not make it crystal clear. So when I closed out, I said to the bartender "I am not upset at all, just want to make it clear with communication going forward that I am the only one that is allowed to add drinks to my tab. She said "Okay, I am so sorry about that, do I need to adjust it ". I said" no, don't worry about it this time, no big deal. I am just communicating for future reference". Still all is good. No biggie right. This is when another guy walked up (said it was his bar). He asked if everything was okay? I said "yes, just communicating that some drinks got added to my tab that I did not authorize but not upset this time and (recap of above).". This is when he said "it is my bar and we will do whatever we want and if I have a problem with that then I can leave.". Again I calmly said"There is no problem, I was just saying going forward, I am the only one that can add drinks to my tab ". Again he said" this is my bar and we will do whatever we want and if you don't like that I don't care ". So end of the story. A customer should never have to worry about an establishment or business adding anything to your bill without your authorization. Actually being a business owner myself, it is illegal. So if you don't mind going to a place that will do whatever they want and add whatever they want to your tab. Then this is the place for you. As for as me I will definitely tell everyone I know what happened and how it was handled. Again it was no big deal this time and not a issue. This so called "THIS IS MY BAR AND WE WILL DO WHATEVER WE WANT!" Made it a issue. I even had witness after I walked outside asked what was his issue, you wasn't asking for money back and not even upset about it. I replied with "I don't know but after his attitude, I will not be back ".

We had dinner here last night and it was excellent. Our waitress was very friendly and her service was right here right now! The burgers are huge and very tasty and the nachos I had with grilled chicken were to die for. We will be back when we are in New Braunfels again.

Will charge your friends for a tab you did not have open after you left the establishment and had already paid for your drinks. I do not open tabs anywhere and they told my friends we left without paying for our tab. So my friend paid them and we never even had a tab open. Will never be back to this place. Zero stars

The waitress was very friendly and Everything was delicious, from the rib eye steak to the country fried ribeye steak. They didn’t have Dos Equis, Sol or Land Shark but they had a variety of White Claws. I am definitely going back.
