The Heritage of Lake George - Motel in Lake George - 419 Canada St, USA

Great stay here this past week. Beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping came promptly every day. Very friendly staff. Location was also good. I especially liked that it was mostly adults while we were there. Kept things nice and quiet!

Solid motel with a great "home" rental attached. We stayed a few times at the motel over the years but had a larger group going this time and the owners have moved so their home is available to rent (or Airbnb) next door to the motel office. The home is in great shape and there is a game room with pool table and bar (not stocked) with full amenities. The location is convenient near town though there's no lake access. The pool is clean and the staff are helpful when needed. We had a nice easy stay and enjoyed it very much.

Great location & good Motel for the price. Overall room was clean & it was nice to have a larger fridge than most which was nice. Surprisingly quiet, I didn't hear anything over AC and I'm a light sleeper. Beds were comfortable, stagg was friendly. The only major downtown was the bathrooms are small with no counter space & shower pressure is horrible temp is unpredictable.

A very nice place. Rooms are not too big, but clean with a nice bathroom and amenities such as fridge and microwave. The pool is small but surrounded by green. There are benches with tables under the trees in the shade and free coffee at reception. Very friendly staff. Location could be better, it’s about 10 minutes walk to City Centre

We always choose Heritage when visiting Lake George. We love the location and the staff! My husband and I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else. We love the accommodations and the atmosphere. (AND this place really does have the BEST pillows!) Thank you, Diana, and team for always helping to make our stays memorable!! ||We would 100% recommend this inn!

While the rooms were not huge, they were clean and comfortable. The site was located at the far end of the main strip in Lake George so most restaurants and shops were a walkable distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. A limited breakfast delivery is offered and was tasty and affordable. My daughter's favorite thing about this hotel was the outdoor heated pool.

What a great find. We were looking for a weekend getaway and didn't want to spend a lot of money so we took a chance on The Heritage of Lake George. What a great move. We were so close to downtown, walking distance to shops, the Frankenstein wax museum, food, it was great. The rooms are basic, but clean and spacious, fridge kept drinks cold, micro and coffee maker, what else do you need? Bed was comfy and TV worked. We were happy campers. Everyone who works there are also so friendly. Oh, and the bonfire at night, we met some of the nicest people sitting around the fire. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
