The Haven hotel - Lodging in Jonesboro - 3006 S Caraway Rd, USA

Bed was comfy, everything else sucked!!!! Grass overgrown, so chiggers walking in. I had to go back to desk to ask for towels, soap and shampoo. A range hood in bathroom area?!?! Went to shower...NO hot water. I'm disabled, I wasn't moving all my stuff!!!! They did let me use another room to shower in. Which happened to be the accessable room they told me they didn't have available?? Upon checkout, they sent a housekeeper to my room to inspect it before getting my required cash deposit back!!! This being said, I AM NOT LOCAL! I drive in 200 miles on way, once a week, for work! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Worst room I've ever seen in my life and I have seen some places in my 50 years. Nasty! Roaches! Mice poop in the bed. Bathtub was not usable even at all. Chair was sticky. Manager looked like she was on Crack and was not professional at all! We left and got a refund. They need to shut this place down!

During my stay I was eaten alive by bedbugs. I bombed the room multiple times to kill as many as I could before moving out and buying all new luggage. Would never stay again.

The worst motel I have ever stayed and I traveled all over Southeast no ice no glasses to even get water clerk could have cared no less AC would not Cool room TV would freeze every 2 minutes will never stay at this motel again

I stayed in room 111 last night and it was infested with bed bugs. I have bites on my arm and my leg. I have taken pictures of the bugs, the bites, and showed the actual bugs in the room to the front desk clerk who was working at the time. I am traumatized. I was not even offered a refund on the room! I was given my deposit back and that is all. I did not get any sleep at all because I was up all night checking our things for bugs. I do not want to cause problems for the hotel owners but I want compensation for the room at the very least. This is unacceptable.

Where to start. We paid, and showed a receipt and was told we were liars and kicked out. The manager mocked me in the lobby and said racist things. Showing a receipt we were told we were liars and we “photo shopped” the receipt. And then was told it was “finalized” not a receipt. Bathroom was nasty. Lights didn’t work. Smelled like pot, and were roaches. There are folks who dealt with the same issues we have but in larger cash values. Wouldn’t stay here again.

This place is a dump and the lady at the front counter is probably one of the laziest nastiest people I have ever met. I’d rather sleep outside in a ditch.
