The Harpeth Franklin Downtown, Curio Collection by Hilton - Hotel in Franklin - 130 2nd Ave N, USA

This is our first trip to Franklin, TN. The Harpeth hotel is top notch from being greeted as we arrived by valets James B and Sohum A. - they are the front person to represent how the hotel is run. They are hard working, personable and accommodating. They are in this summer heat with no fans or misters. I would highly recommend the hotel to provide these young men with misters not only for them but for your customers to keep cool. Once in the hotel, it’s a very friendly, cozy atmosphere. Rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is in the heart of Franklin, a great location. Upon leaving the valets were again so accommodating in offering to get ice for our cooler. We had a great stay!

I went on a girls Trip to Franklin TN and we stayed at the Harpeth Franklin Downtown. What a great Hotel. So quiet, clean, and all the staff were so kind. The computer system was down and they had no keys to the rooms. The staff had to take us to our room every time. They never acted like it was any bother. I know they had to get tired of doing this. It was not for just me, but for everyone staying there. That was some great customer service. We loved our room and it was very spacious. This hotel is close to so many things. We walked everywhere. Love this Hotel!

We were greeted right away and offered assistance with bags and check in. Our departure was just as smooth. The valet, James B. was quick to offer assistance and was very polite and helpful. The hotel was very modern and clean. The King room was a great size for our family of 3. The bar/ lounge area was stylish and comfortable and especially enjoyable after a day of travel. The bar staff was attentive and helpful. Excellent food and drinks! The Harpeth location was absolutely perfect for exploring downtown and walking to shopping, coffee, dinner and dessert. Our family enjoyed the slower pace and stress free evenings. Just be sure to make reservations on crowded nights for dinner downtown.

The Harpeth Hotel by Hilton was one of the nicest surprises and hidden gems on our Christmas vacation. I apologize for taking so long to write this review; I have had a lot of medical going on. This hotel was on another level. Just incredibly clean, quiet, quaint, and MOST of all FRIENDLY. Every time my husband and I left or came back, we felt like we were leaving home, with the lovely ladies at the check-in asking where we were going and if they could help with anything or wanted any suggestions, to coming home with the warm welcomes from valet (even though we were walking well my husband walked and i was in a wheelchair), and when we made it inside, the ladies wanted to know how our day went and to welcome us with open arms. I have NEVER been to a hotel so incredibly friendly and actually cared about your experience, not only at their hotel, but in their city as well. The people of Franklin really take pride in their small town feel and are so warm and friendly even though the temperatures were the complete opposite! This Florida girl was freezing! I really wanted to explore more, but my body just would not let me. And speaking of my (broken) body, the Harpeth Hotel by Hilton was VERY handicap friendly and was set up perfectly and never made me feel out of place. I felt as though I was a normal walking person as they treated me absolutely no differently at all. I did not ask for this disease; I do not expect special treatment , BUT I DO expect to be treated as an able bodied person would be treated. Everything was handicap friendly. They treated my service dog, Donald, with the respect he deserves. From the bar, to the restaurant, to check-in / out, the elevator, the hallways, and the room (which was not even handicap accessible) was beyond any expectations I could have had. I have learned not to have expectations anymore as most people are incredibly rude to me, but for them to ask if the handicap accessibility was appropriate and "enough", I believe I started to cry. I do believe Susan was the fine lady who asked me, and she was so apologetic for asking and I quickly said that no, it was not her and that I have never been treated that well before in my life! Anyway, the next time she saw me, she gave me a book, signed by her. She did not write it, but she wanted me to remember her. How could I ever forget her? I apologize for not having the names of the other girls that worked the check-in / out desks or the valet workers names, but they were all SUPER incredible. As, I said before, I felt as I was coming home every time we ended our day and went back to our oasis of a room. Also, there were so many locals that visited the bar and restaurant daily and especially Sunday for the brunch. I found it incredibly neat that the locals came to the hotel in the city center to eat and drink instead of staying away because there were tourists in the hotel and they would not want to frantenize with the hotel guests. Everyone in the town on Franklin was incredibly nice. I would love to live there, but the weather was just too cold! Thank you, Harpeth Franklin Downtown, by Hilton. You more than exceeded my expectations. From the ladies inside to the valet workers outside, thank you. Susan, and your team, thank you. We love this hotel. Spent an anniversary weekend there recently. My husband and I had stayed once before and wanted to return. It has a great atmosphere. We had a large corner room overlooking the courtyard. It’s wonderful to open the French doors to hear the live music in the evening. We really enjoyed breakfast in the coffee shop. Evening cocktails in their bar was fun though it took a bit too long to be served considering it didn’t seem too busy. The location is just one reason we chose to return a second time. It’s so easy to walk right out to the shops and restaurants in Franklin. We have visited in Spring and hope to return later in year for holiday shopping trip. Highly recommend!

Having never been to The Harpeth, James B. and Sohum, expert Valets, were my first impression. The day was blazing hot, when I approached in business attire and in a rush, needing to go into my business conference, with no time to even check into my room yet. I realized I had parked at the wrong address and wasn’t an official hotel guest yet. They lifted my burden, assured me they would go find my car and tend to it, with no worries on my end. It was such comforting and reassuring service, and I walked in just in time for the next conference session. The amenities, room, food, and layout of the hotel and hotel room and bath were modern, convenient, extremely comfortable, and of the highest quality. The physical entrance of the building is open and receptive and the door greeters made great impressions as they are very welcoming, yet non-intrusive. Will stay here again!

This was my third time coming to the Harpeth. Always a joy. James and Sohum in valet are so welcoming and friendly as they unload my big luggage and help me inside. I feel that they take good care of my car in valet too! The hotel is accessible to walking, shopping and dining. See you all real soon.

Amazing property! The staff is also top notch! So friendly and so helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much and would highly recommend staying at the Harpeth. Also give a special thanks to valet attendant James B, he was extremely helpful and friendly. James would take the time out of his busy day to give recommendations where to go to eat, drink, coffee or just sight see. James went above just his job to help us on our stay.
