The food was so delicious , I love the flavors The chicken was juicy and tasty , the gyro was so good and yummy , everything was fresh and yummy Very satisfied and highly recommended One more thing Iam hoping to add garlic sauce to their menu ☺️ The employees are very nice and helpful ☺️

Good togo shop. We ordered chicken platter and sandwich. Both we liked it. For the price it’s is filling and tasty.

First time trying Halal guys. I heard so much about the fries being always being crispy and the popularity of the chain. I decided to visit and I'm glad I did. I was introduced to flavors that I don't normally try. I ordered a small beef gyro platter that is served with beef gyro, rice, tomatoes, and lettuce. I'm not a fan of tomatoes so I have them removed. I added jalapenos. The pita was missing from my order: sad face. I was given white and hot sauce to garnish my bowl. But to my surprise the hot sauce was spicier than expected especially paired with the jalapenos. A drink is definitely needed when hot saucing here. The staff was friendly and the food was hot (temperature and taste).

I’m giving it three stars because it wasn’t great but it wasn’t bad either. They have a decent amount of food. There are two different options and I got the large for 10.99 with beef. There was no option for lamb. I just didn’t enjoy it that much but it did the job and bonus points because the white sauce was delicious. I would probably go to a different halal place before I came here again.

Out of all the halal guys restaurants I’ve tried, this location is my favorite. The food is made fresh and seasoned well. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Also recommend getting their mango lychee lemonade, it’s delicious!

Such a pity that the manager (including other staffs) of this establishment doesn’t have any idea/clue how their mobile app works. 🤦‍♂️ She claimed that you can only redeem the free side and soda 24 hours after you claim the offer for new app users. She was so firm in stating that you can’t redeem anything because as per her “you just downloaded the app and you have to wait atleast 24 hours to use it.” I even showed the app to her that says i can use it now with the QR code and it clearly says i only have 24 hours left but still she insists that I can’t use it. After explaining to her and telling the facts, she still didn’t believe me and it looked like i was wrong. But at the end i was able to use it and got the redemption. I told her about it but she still couldn’t believe as she thinks its not suppose to happen. To summarize this review if you need to ask how the new app users work for first timers then ask a customer nearby if they know and not the workers. No one seems to know it accurately and the front staffs had to pass me to the manager to explain but still the same dilemma. Anyways, I was so happy that Halal Guys is already here in SFL as i always eat there whenever I’m in New York. But my first impression on this establishment was not that good. The food was great but all the staff need to be retrained about the app and especially on basic customer service.

My lunch was so freshly cooked and the Baklava was moist and delicious. For a gyro beef sandwich it was enough food for two people. I have been a customer of Pita Plus in Hollywood forever but now I have a new place. The owner or manager was very nice.Thank you for a yummy lunch. I will tell everyone I know that they need to run to The Halal Guys.
