The only thing I can say about the Hacienda was amazing! The individual behind that amazing rating is Oscar! From the moment we walked in the door, Oscar was helpful, knowledgeable and the most friendly individual we have met in years. Oscar made our stay memorable telling us about the history of the hotel, recommending food choices at the in house restaurant and making great suggestions for restaurants in New Port Richey. Well done! We look forward to coming back to the Hacienda.

Yesterday my wife and I decided to give the famous renovated hotel a try seeing as many of our friends have raved about the food as well as atmosphere. As promised the atmosphere and service were amazing however we were utterly disappointed by the meals. We did think to ourselves, maybe our expectations were set too high but with the presentation down to the flavor none of it was good. Truthfully we are never ones to send back plates but we tried to this time. However the server explained to us that the chef that day said there was “nothing” wrong with your dishes. We were stunned to say the least. We finished off our meals with drinks and ate no more. Disappointed is an understatement for the food but again the waiters and environment was very pleasant.

What a wonderful Inn! My wife and I had the pleasure of spending the night last weekend. Everything was just perfect! This is not your typical hotel experience, it's an Inn and is a more intimate one. From Faith (front desk) walking down the staircase with fresh towels, to our room looking more like a guest room at a home than your typical hotel room, to Heather our server at Sasha's (onsite restaurant) giving us an in-depth history of the Hacienda, to our young chef that came out to ask us how our meal was (excellent!), to the young man that gave me a personal tour of the lobby, explaining the revitalization of the Inn. The Inn overlooks the beautiful Sims Park that I highly recommend. We can't wait to return!

Beautifully restored boutique hotel. We visited Lakeside Inn (sister property in Mount Dora) 2 years ago so we were looking forward to a great similar experience. The Hacienda exceeded our expectations! Service was excellent and welcoming. The renovations must have been painstaking because the result is gorgeous! Our spacious room included 2 comfortable queen beds. The bathroom was small but given that the hotel was built in 1927, today's standards are different. We enjoy looking at a hotel's decor. It seems as though the renovations were just finished. Everything felt very fresh and extremely clean.|If you are looking for a couples trip, I recommend The Hacienda! Downtown NPR is at the doorstop and filled with lots of fun places to shop and dine! Sins Park is beautiful during the day and evening. Bring your kayak if you have one!

I called for reservations a week before for lunch for three ladies, then the morning of date Rafe called to say the dining room had been booked for a party. He asked if we could come at 3:30. I told him that’s not possible since our reservation was to 12:30. He assured me “no problem” he would make our reservation work! And he did! We were seated in the “private smaller dining room, which was lovely and quiet. Our server Gabby was wonderful as was our delicious lunch! I recommend the Shrimp Pot Pie! Gabby even brought a large piece of delicious “birthday cake” ( which I forgot I mentioned it was a birthday lunch for my daughter) for us to share! We will definitely be back for our “special “ occasions since we live in the area. Such a beautiful quaint hotel.

Love staying at this historic boutique hotel. Modern room amenities with historic flare. Beautiful views of the Sims park and Orange lake from patio and balconies. Terrific cocktails and friendly staff at the bar/restaurant. If you're a local looking for a staycation with family, romantic weekend or just interested in exploring the resurgence of downtown New Port Richey this is the place to stay. Walkable to downtown breweries, ice cream shops, coffee shops, boutiques, food trucks, restaurants, bars, live music in the park, shopping, boat ramp/river, community events, etc...

I had such a wonderful stay at The Hacienda! The hotel has been beautifully restored and has so many thoughtful nods to its rich history throughout the lobby, halls, and rooms. Sasha's On The Park is a must too! The restaurant has fabulous drinks and dining. Plus, The Hacienda's location, in the heart of New Port Richey, cannot be beat! Enjoy!

Oscar at the front desk was so knowledgeable and fun he made our stay very memorable! we originally went just for lunch and a few drinks (the food and service staff were absolutely wonderful!) but we loved the history of the building and decided to book a night just for fun! the rooms are so cozy and clean 10/10 love that this is a part of the city and the care they took to restore such an iconic historic building!!
