The Habit Burger Grill (Drive-Thru) - Hamburger restaurant in Gardena - 1410 W Redondo Beach Blvd, USA

Tried ordering on Postmate at first, the order got canceled twice. Went in person to ask why and turns out that orders over $100 can only be made in person or by phone. Saved about $45 going in person instead of delivery. Order of 9 burgers, 7 sides, 2 drinks, and a shake took about 15 minutes and quality was not affected. Burgers were all great, and I recommend the fried green beans and the tenderloin sandwich, and the Nilla banana shake is tasty too.

Love this location. I always prefer to eat in. Everything is done to perfection. Took advantage of a deal offer in the app. Free Charburger with the purchase of a drink. I upgraded it to add cheese. Service is great.

We came through the drive thru and the lady was extremely disrespectful to us while ordering. Then she told us to go wait in the front for someone to take out our food. (no problem) then another 10 minutes goes by so I have to go in and get it. Not only was the lady rude when I went in, I had to go in for our missing items multiple times after that. Then she made me poor my own drink which was also missing. I love The Habit but I have never had an experience like this. She told me different names when I tried to confirm it…Estrella, Iliana, not sure her name. Wearing black, mole by her eye, heavier set girl.

Habit food is always delicious but i am absolutely appalled with the customer service today. Came through the drive thru with my family and were almost instantly given an attitude. That lady needs to be sent to the kitchen or to clean toilets if she’s that miserable.

Not only did they forget my fries, but they gave me the entirely wrong order. Ordered a classic charburger (lettuce, onions, pickles, etc.) with fries. Correct items showed on my receipt, but what I got was a sad patty with some mushrooms and nothing else on it. Called them to get a refund, they shoved me off onto doordash and took no responsibility. Their website's "contact us" form is bugged out so you can't even submit it. Thankfully doordash was more professional.

I just went for a quickie number 2 and it was bomb and juicy. Okay, I'll go again.

I would've gave this place a higher rating but did not due to the fact that I asked for avocado on my burger and got charged for it and it was missing. Apart from that the food was delicious.

Excellent customer service we ordered the BBQ burger and garlic cauliflower.
