The 2 bedroom apt was very spacious, best layout I've seen and the sunroom is an extra bonus! Rhonda made us feel welcomed and spent time with us. She was very customer-led and helpful in answering all of our questions. She understood the challenges of downsizing from a house to an apt!
We love to live here at Greystone Summit Gulf Breeze! The staff are all friendly and genuinely concerned about us as tenants! The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are top notch! Definitely a 5 out of 5 and we would recommend this complex to everyone!
What a pleasure to meet the property manager Rhonda Inkrote😻She took time of her busy schedule to give us a 110% customer service and showing us the beautiful Greystone Reserve property and apartment home. My husband’s father has to have a handicap accessible apartment home and Rhonda was very knowledgeable and had lots of great ideas to make it work for my father-in-law. I know that my in-laws will definitely feel like home at Greystone Reserve Apartments 🥰
I've been here about 6 months and the apartments are very nice. This would be a five star review if the one bedrooms had a bigger washer/dryer space and the upstairs neighbors were not so inconsiderate always stomping and running up and down the stairs.
This has been a wonderful resident experience. We moved in during winter. It has been wonderful to see the spring come and make the grounds green. The crew takes such good care of the buildings, grounds and have I said how wonderful the pool is everyday!!

I have been living here for one and a half years and it's really been a great experience. The complex is very quiet. You can't hear your neighbors above or next to you. The residents are all very friendly and helpful. The staff treats everyone like family. Maintenance response quickly even when you say it isn't urgent. The complex is very well maintained.
The amenities are great and it's a great place to live.

Came here to get a bowl for breakfast. The Powerhouse bowl was everything I needed. I added chia seeds (helps me feel fuller longer) and bee pollen (hoping it helps with all the sneezing I've been doing the past few days). It was absolutely delicious

The most flavorful chicken fried rice I've ever had! I got level 1 spicy which added flavor and wasn't too hot because the heat builds throughout each bite. Very delicious, would eat here again ð
So much fun for a small zoo I. Lots of cool and unique animals and a wolf I've never seen. We got to feed turtles, camels and fish. The Galapagos turtles are stunning. The ring-tailed lemurs are so much fun to watch. They also have close encounters
