Rhonda and her staff have been so helpful to my husband and answering all of our questions a reassuring us that we would not loose out on our new home. They are wonderful

Be aware…. This place is always changing management. If something is wrong with your apartment they will try and blame you. They will charge you more money for things like water leaks and make you pay the extra money for their problem. They also don’t fix things very well at all.

We have not been able to use or pool or any other amenities because they have been slowly claiming to redo the office and the pool area. Also supposed to installing new windows And sliding doors still yet to be done all the new sliding doors and windows are sitting in trailers on the complex haven't been touched for months. New windows and new sliding doors and now being added to the buildings. But breezeways are not being kept up need to be blown out and power washed more often. Sidewalks need to be power washed. And swimming pool area is finally finished.

We appreciate all the staff of Greystone Reserve. Everyone is nice, friendly and professional. It's a great community and we enjoy living here. Maintenance team is quick to respond. Thank you Huy and Travis for your time and hard work, and Rhonda and staff for keeping us posted.

Me and my daughter love living here.. This place is very well managed and the maintenance team is top notch! Have never had to wait for any repair/replacement for more than a day or two and if something needs to be ordered you are kept informed and updated. Everyone is very friendly and professional! Great place to live!

Thank You Greystone Reserve Apartments for making me feel welcomed to this community where I have an apartment that I Love and the wonderful neighbors and friends that I have met since living here on the premises. The maintenance crew, the security officer, and the Leasing Office staff, are all super cool people and are very helpful in making this a pleasant, safe experience for a place to retire. I absolutely love living here. Maintenance and office staff are always helpful. Travis came on 3/3/2023 and not only replaced a smoke detector, but also cleaned up the area where he was working. I definitely recommend living at Greystone Reserve.

We just moved here from Ohio. This place is great. So peaceful, the staff our so accommodating. Ronda is the nicest lady. She and her staff take care of all your needs. The maintenance team is the best. Very quick to respond.
