Cozy little room! It’s was a perfect quick getaway from reality. The location is perfect (deer came right up to “welcome” me!), service was great, and the room was perfectly cozy for me. I received a call welcoming me and also an email with all the information needed to access the room. I would not hesitate to book again for another night away.
no stars, I have stayed at a lot of hotels and lodges, this was by far the worst kept place I have ever walked into, the place was abandoned, except an old dog laying in the lobby in a urine socked pillow, the place looked like a hoarder manages the place. upon calling for a refund, nonrefundable is what we were told. I have no idea how this place passes any kind of health inspection. I would recommend staying as far away from this place as possible, pay no attention to the photos, place probably hasn't looked like since the early 70's. A demolition crew is in order.
It's a lovely place. I suffered from altitude sickness and had to stay put in our room. It had a full kitchen that was great. My only problem was the TV kept timing out. The next to the last day it worked great from then on. I sat out out on the balcony most of the time and the view was spectacular! The eating places in town were fantastic. The little shop that had jewelry and pottery was also fantastic. If I can figure out the altitude thing I'd go back in an instant.
Super cute and cozy place to stay! Easy self-serve check-in, heater/hot water works great, good food and coffee near by, and the most comfortable bedding I’ve ever slept in. All around just a nice chill place to stay!
I am warning you not to stay here. It costs a lot of money for what you get, which is mediocre parking and a small room with a locked door. The towels and sheets were pretty good. Don't fall prey to the lovely photographs, they are misleading. The room is small, the "private balcony" is shared. There are carpet stains and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. We had no hot water the one night we stayed there, but there was hot water in the morning and there are no grab bars in the bathroom with a very deep tub/shower that is awkward to get into and out of, and no shower curtain. Don't plan to cook more than ramen in the kitchenette. They supplied coffee, but no creamer of any sort. This is not a lodge where folks hang out, or people who work are around to help you. It is a keyless entry system and no staff are on-hand to welcome you answer your questions. We paid for 3 nights and left after the first night and did not get any of our money back.
Upon entering the room, it was obvious that the room had not been cleaned after the previous guests. The bedding was used, a dirty cotton swab on the comforter, trash can full of trash, dirty dishes in the sink, dirty towels in the bathroom and to top it off, there was hair in the tub. The only positive thing I can say is that when the co-owner was notified about the condition of the room, he called me to apologize and agreed to give Travelocity a refund and I am waiting for a refund back to the card I used.

No one on site to let you in your room if you didn’t receive the email with your room code. No signs or information on who to call for assistance. Thank goodness there was a man working in the main room that assisted me and called on his cell phone to get the code for me.|My room was sub par. The microwave was really dirty inside as was the coffee maker. You can tell they probably had never been cleaned. I cleaned up the coffee maker myself. Coffee was in a container loose with a scoop. I was weary of using in due to no telling whose hands had been in there. |

Absolutely loved staying here. Itâs definitely a hidden gem. Very clean, beautiful, and spacious. We stayed in the lodge deluxe suite. The common areas are so nice (fire place, fire pit outside). Short little walk to the hot tub was awesome.
If your looking for a great place to relax and enjoy Mother Nature⦠look no further. This may be cutest little gem to stumble upon and never leave. Itâs also dog friendly and Cachito picked up after himself.
Just started staying here, and everyone inside the office has been phenomenal towards me. Other than this campground being cold because we are in winter ð¤£, they have worked with me and been patient to no end to make sure I'm okay in the park. Its
Cute place!! The food was what you'd expect from a greasy spoon... And I mean REALLY greasy. Just average food. Might been better without all the grease. I must add that it was an arm and a leg better than the food from the Pantry (see my review) But
