I saw the reviews for this place and I really thought it's good so we stopped by to try it but we were very disappointed from the food the chicken was tasteless the vegetables was not fresh at all rice was tasteless as well

The food is always delicious. I don't work in the area any longer but happily make the 25 minute trip to pick up food. The lemon chicken soup is amazing. And the spinach pie is yums. Staff are friendly and the site is neat and clean.
Solid, authentic Greek eatery and store. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and plentiful! I had the lamb and beef kabob plate, with lemon potatoes as my side.
As a realtor on the road often throughout Monmouth County, The Greek Spot is a true gem that I stop by whenever I pass. It's the closest thing to being in a super tightly run NYC spot. The service is quick, the cooks are great, and the food is consistently excellent. My favorites are the chicken souvlaki, lemon potatoes, hummus, house salad, and the lentil soup is the best I've ever had. If you haven't tried it get over there soon!
Hey this is a real sleeper, but it is "Astoria by the Shore". Look past the unassuming strip mall location and tuck into some really great Greek food. We had moussaka and Lamb Shank over orzo. Both really great, filling and served with a Greek salad full of feta cheese. Baklava for desert topped things off just right. A hidden gem. We recommend highly

An amazing place!! We are moving to the area and we’ve been coming every so often to eat as our house is being renovated - it’s our new fave place. The workers are so friendly and always make us feel so welcome. We love the food and can’t wait to come back - definitely a must try!
