We had a play date here! We were so incredibly happy with the cleanliness, the activities available, and how baby and toddler oriented it was. My 11 month old had an amazing time! The bubble tea was pretty good as well! We went on a Monday early afternoon. Grateful I know this place exists. A hidden gem for sure.

My son just loves this place to play and his birthday wish was have a 6th birthday party at The Great Story. First of all this place is extremely clean and all the staffs are super nice. For birthday party, they do all the fantastic decorations! I just have to choose the theme. Super recommend all the parents.

I found this to be perfect for kids through age 5-6. Each area is small and enclosed that allows for young kids to play without feeling overwhelmed. There is a cafe area for parents to hang out that contains video feed of the different zones so you can watch your kids while you chill. The staff was nice and hands on- they were constantly cleaning up and supervising. Just a tip- the entrance is directly to the left of Big H mart, even though the big sign is on another part of the building. Great place for small children and really clean and well kept.

Very clean and super fun!! Great cafe! They have cctvs on display in the s/eating area so you can watch your kids while enjoying your coffee or food! Definitely will come back!

We had a birthday party here for my 2yr old boy. I really satisfied every single moment. Birthday decorations were perfect and even catering foods were so delicious! All kids and parents had so much fun.

I am warning all soon to be and recent customers to please beware and watch out for how this place operates. They are more focused on profit rather than being concerned with their customer’s well being. Today, we just got scammed big time by this place. We used to love it here because even if they are expensive, my children loved it here until now. We celebrated a birthday thru their package and the whole setup and service was a hoax. My wife could have set up the whole place but we were not allowed and the outcome was really disappointing. They charged $500 plus additionals and excessive gratuity for a subpar birthday experience. Again, The setup looked like less than $50 worth of decorations and they did not host the event which we understood but they were more focused on counting the number of kids and adults in the party than anticipating for our needs in a very short period of time. My guests felt pressured being watched and followed, also reminded of the time left but we were not even provided with our basic necessities for the party. Overall, we are extremely disappointed and we have never felt more betrayed and fooled by their customer service and experience. I wish there was a 0 star rating but 1 should be an adequate rating for such a subpar treatment by this facility. We won’t be coming back. We felt unsafe and upset at the same time. I wish all other customers to find some place else and I hope no other person gets treated horribly in the future.

This is great place for my 3yr 7 yr old kids to play 2-3 hours. We love it!!
