Delicious sandwiches, better than your average sub shop. I would especially recommend the croissant buns! Their mint ice cream has the perfect mint flavor. Friendly customer service, very clean dining area and restroom.

The customer service was absolutely excellent. Everyone was so friendly and helpful especially for it being my first time. The sandwiches were great. They have toasted and regular subs. Many choices for breads, meats, toppings, cheeses. I was so impressed. I loved the variety and many choices they had for sandwiches. I chose to get The Outdoorsman with turkey pastrami, salami, pepperoni, and bologna.

Have been here twice and the same thing happens every-time I visit. I understand in Richardson there is a high volume of customers but a business should be prepared. The sandwich I ordered was not correct and the employees asked me two times what I wanted and I started by saying “Tuna Salad Sub on white, with the works”. After rushing there, I go back to the office because I only have so much time. When I was able to check, I noticed I was given an empty piece of bread with no protein and barely anything on it. This is now the second time happening. I enjoy the place but when something is so simple and it takes 20-30 minutes to make one sandwich, then I don’t see how a business can thrive. Making customers wait for over that time for one sandwich is unheard of. I hope you guys do better and actually clarify with your customers because this has been a double let down.

Never gave the place a thought in the past but I went through the drive thru with everything going on and I am impressed with the quality and flavor! Delicious sandwiches. It's my new favorite shop. I have been visiting every week or two.

Ordered the Chicken Salad Croissant... the bread was good & soft, but the chicken salad was a bit dry & bland. I added mayo, but should've added more. Great customer service though!

The food is always good and perfect but the people who work there could be a little more friendly and courteous. I am talking in specific about the caucasian baldy gentleman who chooses not to be polite and cordial.

These sandwiches are consistently great! Favorite sandwich place by far. I live closer to jersey Mike's and potbellys but the great outdoors is worth the drive. Not to mention they are a dallas original! 👍

I had a great experience at this location. I don’t know what the “norm” is, but I sure hope it’s like the experience I had today. The team at this location were all around so helpful for this slow newbie. Avi was so kind and personable. She said I would be back after I tried the sandwich and she was right! I will be back. Great service AND great food. Now, they did put white bread instead of the croissant bread that I had requested, but it was still a very good sandwich and I’ll try the croissant bread next time. I won’t hold it against them because it is a good sandwich.
