Delicious meal at this pub! We ordered the cheese curds and pretzel board and enjoyed these appetizers and accompanying dips. The atmosphere of the place is nice, especially being in a cozy pub on a cold day. For mains, we ordered the shepherd’s pie and harvest bowl. Both were quite tasty! Impressed by the quality of food and large portion sizes.

Can’t say enough about this great place. Walked in and was a little nervous because it was very noisy but happily I found the restaurant part was on the other side from the bar! We ordered famous Wisconsin cheese curds which were by far the best I’ve had. Husband got the fish fry which he said was perfect. The French onion soup was incredible. I ordered a salad which was absolutely loaded with all the great things I love in a salad…Granny Smith apples, dried cranberries, walnuts, Gorgonzola cheese and field greens! I’ve never had so many walnuts in a salad ever and that’s my favorite part. Actually we went there because of that salad. So I would recommend this restaurant and driving down there you get a great view of the capitol.

It's my first time dining in this pub. I found it because it's close to my hotel. I came in around 2pm, I sat at the bar and ordered the Boneless wing with Korean BBQ sauce and I was recommended to have the old glory Apa. I don't like light beer and this Apa was definitely the right choice. The chicken was well battered and fried, they were so tender. The portion was good enough for lunch. Congratulations to the new opening of the Japan branch and I bought a pack of their Sendai recipe beer. The bartender was very friendly, helpful and he gave me a token for a pint. I guess I will come back very soon.

I love this place. If you are in Madison make it a point to go here. The food is outstanding, the beer and cocktails are amazing and the servers are so nice. It's also huge. There's a bar, a table service area, a pool hall area, a beer garden AND a rathskeller. And the bathrooms are nice and clean. If I could teleport here from where I live in MA, I would every weekend.

Great food and great beer! This restaurant has a lovely patio/garden area in the back that is such a nice spot for dinner in the summer. We had cheese curds and some of their dinner entrees, with the tortellini being one of our favorites. Their Devil's Lake red ale is really smooth and easy to drink with a meal as well. Highly recommend giving it a try and getting a spot in their garden!

Best menu of all locations. Great haddock, excellent blackened walleye, awesome Mac n cheese. Unbelievable food quality and great beers to match. Great salads too for the calorie conscious.

Love it here! Great staff who’s always friendly and helpful! Love trying the seasonal beers but some are not always for me. Kitchen is rock solid and put out excellent food. Pool is fun with four tables!

Mmmm. Got the pretzel platter. Wonderful plus beers. Great spot. Shuffle board too!
