Amazing customer service. All of the staff is super friendly and helpful. They got me my order fast and the bagels taste delicious. You can definitely tell the difference between store bought bagels and these handmade bagels:) always worth the trip from chicago to this location.
Cute bagel shop with excellent service. All the people working there were so nice and warm! Very welcoming and friendly. Although, it's a chain, seems like a local mom and pop shop

Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered half a dozen bagels and all I got were plain. Not worth the money for plain bagels. Could have went jewel or Walmart or any grocery store and got 6 plain bagels for way way cheaper. And if that's all that was left then maybe reach out to someone and let them know. I definitely would not have ordered. Now I will never order from them again. Because they would rather make money then take care of their customers. Extremely disappointing
Bagels were so soft and chewy. Lox was the perfect ratio of ingredients. Staff was super nice.

Great service and addictive Cuban Panini! Fresh flavorful sandwich made to order in 5 min!. I also like the frozen/ blended spicy chai... perfect for a hot day! Update- two items actually. 1) Spicy chai is alsogreat HOT. 2) I really appreciate the cleanliness. When work slows they mop and wipe... floors cleaner than kitchen counters in some places. I am asthmatic, and have never found the cleaning smells to be an issue... Stop in and check it out!
