I recently stayed at The Grand Savannah Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience! The luxury rooms were beautifully designed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—I slept like a baby every night. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, which made the entire stay even more enjoyable. What really stood out was the amazing customer service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their guests. The hotel is also very family-friendly, which was important to us since we were traveling with kids. They had plenty of amenities to keep everyone entertained, and we felt very welcomed. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast every morning. It was the perfect way to start the day, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, The Grand Savannah Hotel offers a complete package—luxury, comfort, great service, and affordability. It’s definitely worth coming back, and I’m already looking forward to our next stay!

Great hotel! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Rooms are large, and well decorated! A pleasant surprise. We stopped at several other hotels in the immediate area, and this one is 10 times better!! Well kept, and very clean!! Thank you for saving our night with an excellent place to sleep.

The experience at this hotel was Amazing. Everything was perfect. We arrived in the night and the hotel was very brightly lit with a welcoming Manager Harry. Once we checked in…. The room was a huge and clean with everything upgraded showing itself. The bedsheets were clean , pillows were comfortable and all the amenities were excellent. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Recently “re-opened” after renovations. Rooms were clean, temp control was excellent and not noisy. Basic clean and comfortable accommodations but the stars of the stay were the front desk personnel. Friendly, informative, & welcoming during each interaction. Breakfast was basic, the breakfast area was very tidy and clean and well stocked. Several restaurants in the immediate area. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Tourist trolley stop at their front door. Great value!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, plus they're prices are affordable compared to others. They're rooms are amazing especially the king sized beds. No complaints 👌🏾 I'm amazed they're rates don't run at $100 a night.

This was a wonderful hotel that my wife and i stayed at while visiting some family. The management and front desk were very kind, check in process was very smooth, and the rooms were very nice at a great rate. I will definitely stay here again when i come back. I highly recommend if you’re ever visiting the area!

Front office Representative Ashton should not be at the front desk. She’s extremely rude and disrespectful. We’re four seniors who came to Savannah to hang out together for the weekend. After being out all day arriving back to the hotel around 8:00pm we entered our room and noticed that housekeeping had not graced their presence. We complained to Ashton that housekeeping had not cleaned our room nor replaced dirty towels. She claim they did. So, we asked her then why do we still have our dirty towels and the beds are not made up? Her response was “oh well, they’ll clean it tomorrow. We responded to her that wouldn’t do us any good because we’re checking out in the morning. She got aggravated and said that she was going to call the police and have us removed from the premise. Our response was please call them, so that we can get some real answers. Bottom line, we did not get the type of service that was agreed to when booking. Historical city of Savannah Georgia deserves to be represented better that this. There was so many negatives that happened here at this hotel. We’re still waiting on the hotel manager to call us back. It’s now the third day and we haven’t heard anything! You would think they would check the cameras because of the lies that are being told. The managers can’t be that gullible. Use your cameras for answers!

I would highly recommend the Grand Savannah Hotel. The staff are very friendly and very welcoming. The room was newly renovated and gave the feeling of luxury. All in all, I very much enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come again!
