The Good House - Hotel in Desert Hot Springs - 12885 Eliseo Rd, USA

The Good House is run by the good people, has good location (Miracle Hill with the underground mineral spring with its natural healing and restorative properties), and good vibe! Actually, the best! It’s a little oasis, peaceful and quiet with perfect, not disturbing at all choice of music. I visit this place regularly for a soak and swim whenever I’m in Palm Springs. It’s 25 min drive. They showed me the rooms too. They look great with a little kitchen and patio. Great place to reset, relax, rejuvenate. Hot springs mineral water is underrated. In 2019 I had an arm injury (which doctors couldn’t diagnose properly). I was in pain for 8 months every day and night, until I did 3 soaks in natural, mineral, hot springs, and miraculously my injury was gone. So it’s true what they say: underground, hot mineral water does the wonders, and The Good House has two pools filled with it♥️

This was the best place to get away with a group of friends. All of the staff were so accommodating. The food and drinks were amazing! The grounds are beautifully maintained and the pool and hot tub are perfection. The Good Good breakfast, Shakshuka, espresso drinks and frose were all delicious. The rooms were so cozy! Can't wait to come back.

Excellent massages at The Good House. The 90-min prenatal massage was amazing! The massages included pool time to soak in the shaded pool which was fed by the mineral hot spring. Service was superb! Van was an amazing host! They were extra attentive and anticipated requests/needs, going the extra mile to ensure a fantastic experience on property.

We purchased the day passes and really enjoyed our time at The Good House last Sunday. Emily greeted us and showed the facilities. The property is small, but very well cared for. The pool and jacuzzi fed by hot mineral springs were heavenly. We spent all day floating in the pool and lounging under the ficus tree. It wasn’t crowded, as the number of day passes is limited. We were fasting that day, hence didn’t purchase food. Folks who did all commented on how great it was. Thank you for your hospitality, Emily. We will definitely be back!

From start to finish this is the most relaxing, friendly and accommodating resort. The room is so cute and has everything you need. Van is the best chef out there! The shashuka is hands down the best meal! The hot springs is the person temp for any day! You literally feel like you have escaped to another world.

We had the best time at The Good House! |Everything it about it is wonderful — the staff (Van is the BEST!!), the delicious food, the super cute rooms and the magical water in the pools — it really is such a special place. |My husband and I celebrated our 10yr anniversary here over the weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. All I can say is, Goodbye to The O-Spa in Desert Hot Springs and A HUGE HELLO To The Good House!! So much cleaner, no flies, do dog poop anywhere, no lose dogs running around and it is exactly what we expected and more. We feel completely rejuvenated and wish we could have stood longer but work calls. Thank you so much for your hospitality and the history lesson of this beautiful gem!

This place is a hidden gem! The property is intimate with only a few rooms to ensure a comfortable experience for their guests. The staff is top notch - accommodating, friendly, and welcoming! When you walk in you feel like you’re in a little oasis, surrounded by pam trees and lush greenery all around. We only stayed here for a night and also booked spa services during our stay, the massage was so heavenly we both fell asleep. Would come back and visit for 2 nights next time!
