The Godfrey is stunning! Such a beautiful hotel! Beautiful and safe! The staff gives exceptional service. Blake at the front desk was so kind and attentive with us. Walking distance to the Hollywood Palladium which is where our concert is tonight and walking distance to some great food. This hotel is adorable and I highly recommend staying here

We were so happy that we booked our hotel wedding room block, as well as our welcome party at the Godfrey. Tiffany & Anitra are walking examples of peak customer service and we could not be happier with them. For our hotel room block, Tiffany was extremely communicative and worked with me to keep me up to date with any room changes, helped book my father in laws long term stay and gave a great tour of the building. Upon checkin there was an issue with their system where multiple guests didn’t have a 2 bed room even though they booked it originally (system malfunction). And the hotel just gave us 2 king rooms instead of the double queen to make up for the mistake. For the welcome party, Anitra truly went above and beyond to make us feel special. She went out of her way to get us flowers, little design elements for the food tables as well as welcome signs and other things that we didn’t ask for or even think of, but we were thrilled when we saw them. She is SO good at her job and we really appreciate her for going above and beyond. Even catering to my wife’s allergies. She also periodically checked in with us throughout the evening to make sure drinks, food, guests, etc. were good and if she could do anything for us. But everything went off without a hitch. Our guests had such great things to say, and obviously we were so happy with how everything turned out.

We used Resort Pass on Labor Day. Was $75 for 2 people to enjoy the pool. Could’ve been great but the Restaurant/Bars on the roof weren’t open. NO MUSIC was played over the visible speakers even after I asked. There was one server who was running food and drinks from the lobby Bar/restaurant up to the roof. Poor guy did a great job considering but then his shift ended and no one came back up to the roof. 2 Margaritas were Meh.

Was checked in by Blake who was very kind and helpful. Will definitely be back. The amenities are one of a kind here. Was traveling solo and have never been here before so Blake helped me feel more comfortable about my whole situation. Now I can actually enjoy my vacation.

Blake and the front desk staff are top notch and great communicators. the hotel is clean and chic and all staff was kind and attentive to my requests! the pool is super nice and the restaurant and bar staff were incredible. the perfect hotel for a last minute trip!

We waited 45 minutes in a line that went into the street to check in with no apology. Finally got our room. It was clean but very small. Hung out at the pool, very disappointed that it closes at 7pm and water was cold. Went back to our room. Then at about 9pm it started. The crazy party from the rooftop, it feels like you are sleeping in the middle of a concert. I have never been to a hotel where the music is so loud you can't even watch TV let alone sleep. We have our 2 daughters with us and nobody could sleep. This was a special treat for our 15 year old daughters birthday :(.Front desk didn't care. This is not a cheap hotel and we expected more.

I wonder if this hotel management genuinely cares about customer reviews. They hold a club in the rooftop lounge every night past midnight. The noise reverberates throughout my room and the entire hallway, making it impossible for me to sleep. I wasn't given any prior notice about this club event, so I spoke to the front desk staff to inquire. They were extremely rude and unsympathetic to my complaints. One female staff member didn't even look me in the eye during our conversation and responded insincerely, which made me very angry. Not only was the noise an issue, but I was also disappointed with the cleanliness of their rooms. As soon as I checked in, I noticed that the floor was covered in hair and the desk and vanity were dusty. Considering the nightly club noise and rude service, the room rates are outrageously expensive. My first trip to L.A. has been tainted with bad memories because of this hotel and its staff.

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Beautiful but small rooms. The only negative is the service. I do not think they are trained at all. No one ever said good morning or good evening. When I checked in, the doorman/valet did not even recognize my presence. When I walked to the front desk, there were 4 employees chatting and none of them acknowledged me. I had to wave my hands and say checking in! The checkin person did not tell me anything about the hotel, the gym, the restaurant, roof, pool, etc. Nothing! So strange. The only pleasant people were the restaurant waiters and the elevator security guy. Omg on the beautiful rooftop/pool, there were no staff and garbage piled up everywhere.
