Food was ok but made up by the half priced wine bottles on Tuesday. Simple tavern food but better beer and wine selection. Great place to drink and chill with friends
Nice bar with outdoor seating. The food was good but nothing to write home about. Ordered the brats and pretzel with a few beers. Our server was incredible which made the experience even better. Only reason I’m giving 3 stars is bc they had a really limited menu when we were there (I think they’re short staffed in the kitchen), but all in all would recommend giving it a try especially when the full menu is available.
The staff was perhaps the friendliest in Chicago, from the host to the cook, who came out personally with a side of onions. The lemon drop shots were the best I've had, and the pretzel with beer cheese was fluffy and perfectly salty.
The main dishes, on the other hand, were laughable. $16 for barely seasoned food (we got the burger and fish and chips.) The burger was wet - there's no other way to put it. I took a bite and the entire middle slipped out from between the buns. Such a disappointment after the great appetizer.
Place looked cute & cozy, but the female bartender was so rude last night that we walked right out. With no signs or staff at the door, we were under the impression that it was Seat Yourself. She practically barked at us from the bar that we couldn’t sit at a table we started walking towards. They weren’t even that busy. So strangely mean & aggressive- there’s nicer ways to tell customers where they can’t sit…. What a shame lol. Spend your $$ elsewhere. Staff = 0 stars.
A delightful small historic restaurant in old town that features German-American cuisine. A small menu but everything is delicious. Pro tip: get a bunch of appetizers and share with the table.
Nice and old place right on the corner of Division and Wells street where OLD TOWN starts.
Good collection of beers and wines. You can also find almost all the liquors here. This is an Austrian/German place. I really liked their food menu but unfortunately we did not order anything.
Outdoor patio seating available.
The beer and staff were good. Issue I had was the food portions. It felt like it was mockery. We order the 2 sausages and it came with a side of potatoes for $20 bucks. It was literally the smallest amount of side for the price. 7 very small cut up potatoes. It was joke. We were also charged for items we didn’t order and had to get it awkwardly corrected. Honestly won’t go back but our waiter was good which is why he is the only reason I gave it a 2 star.
Was there on a quiet night and the staff were great. They knew several regulars and chatted with me. Definitely a good place to go to feel like a local at a low key place.
Delicious meal! Made a reservation here and weâre seated on time in the back area. Had the butternut squash soup, brussel sprouts, burrata, and half chicken. The server was helpful and responsive. He made a great recommendation for a Pinot noir to
I recently visited Farm Bar with my cousin, and even without a reservation, our experience was fantastic! We decided to sit at the bar, where the bartender was incredibly attentive and made us feel right at home.

The Polo Inn is a great local place to relax and have a delicious meal. We always get the salmon dinner because it is so excellent. It is always very moist and delicious! The soups are outstanding, too. And service is always top notch here. Defi

The food, service, drinks is top notch. Victor was fantastic. I had an amazing lunch with my sister (I am in from out of town but IL is forever my home). Thank you for a wonderful and special experience. Highly recommend. 11/10!
The food, the drinks, the service, the ambiance...all fantastic!
It was just a short walk from our hotel at Cambria so we decided to give it a try. For my entree I ordered the Dearborn Burger and it was so delicious. I ended up eating the whole thing
Each of us ordered the single burger. Apparently the single burger actually has two patties. The burger definitely can be rated the #1 burger in Chicago! The combination of the patties, bun is being put at the best mix. (Definitely add bacon, so cris
This place has been a Lincoln Square institution for a very long time. Congratulations to the owners who will be retiring soon. They have operated not only a great bakery and cafe for decades, they have also been a good model on how to be good employ
Sad this place is closing! We had the fried chicken and risotto, and I cannot believe the party that happened in my mouth. We had three different interactions with three different employees/servers and they were all genuine, kind, and I wanted to be
Food is great. Corn beef hash was so very good, like surprisingly. The sputhwesteen salad was nice+
The ordering process however is not streamlined. You can order on your phone and eventually the food comes to you, maybe. OR ask for a menu and get t

We love Cafe Calida so much. We came here our last two mornings of our trip and regretted not coming earlier. Great menu with delicious pastries. My husband got a mocha and I got a Chai latte and they were both so delicious. Our first morning we came
In Chicago and stopped by this place. Grand opening for them. Wonderful people with a great spirit overall. Had a chance to dive into the whole thing of coffee coming from Ethiopia after meeting their African-American roaster of coffee. Lovely time -
This apartment was a great find for us. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of space to fit us all comfortably. Importantly for our group the kitchen is well equipped - there have been many places we've stayed where there aren't enough bowls an

Pizza was great. I love this style of pizza. Itâs a great place for a low key date night. Prices were extremely reasonable, especially for the quality. It is a family run business, the family has 2 generations of pizza making experience. Itâs a s
