I visited and ate at this café while on a girls' trip last year in New Mexico. The café was quant and the food was so good! I had a pasta dish that was delicious. My friend and I sat outside to eat and it was chilly as it was February. We were given blankets to wear while outside, which was so nice! Service was great and I would definitely eat here again if I visit Truth or Consequences sometime in the future.
Went to T or C for our anniversary and the Giddy Up had a special Spanish menu for the day. The food was to die for and the place was so cute and quintessentially New Mexico. 100% coming back.
The Giddy-up Cafe is essential to visit if you’re in Truth or Consequences. Weekend brunch on the patio is super cozy especially in the warmer months underneath the honeysuckle vines. The staff is super friendly and music is on point. A must if you’re downtown during the weekend. Perfect after a long soak. Also, the coffee is small batch roasted in house.
Definitely not what I was expecting when a local waitress recommended stopping into the Giddy Up Cafe! I’m so glad we stopped in! We shared the Hawaiian Dinner Special and boy was it good! There was a line when we entered but honestly was happy to see they were busy! The wait was manageable and the outdoor eating area was perfect to relax and chit chat while we waited. We will definitely be back to try their breakfast the next time we’re in town!
This little spot is the place to go for breakfast and for good reason. The biscuits and gravy came highly recommended so O got them. It was very good. I would definitely come back.
My friends and I ate breakfast on a Sunday at The Giddy up Cafe. Great service and food. The food is pricey, paid $13 for a biscuit with green Hatch gravy and another $13 for an omelet. Vegetarian options are available. However, I am lactose intolerant and no dairy free options available for coffee. Sitting is limited and mostly outside. Unfortunately, someone was hovering over us to finish eating so they could sit. Overall, a cute place to grab a quick bite.
Delicious home-cooked food, peaceful patio and sweet, kind staff. What else do you need? I got the breakfast sandwich and my partner got the chicken and waffles. Yum!
Great food and service. The owner was very friendly and even brought us an outdoor heater to help us stay warm.

Amazing place! The blood orange cider is delicious and my husband had the street taco lager and squeeze the sun and preferred the second one but said both were great. The staff was friendly and fun! Wish we were here longer to visit again but we'll b

Cute hipstery cafe owned by an adorable German dude who has been in NM forever and adopted the town as his own. Had some nice conversations with him while he made me an excellent Turkish coffee. The other beverages my group had were nice too. Recomme

I love this campground. The facilities are immaculate and the sites are not crammed up on top of each other. Also, its some way from the weekend warriors that make a lot of noise and trash up the lake! Summertime their could be a lot of flies, b
