We stayed here on our way to Glacier NP & we loved it! Quiet, well designed, clean and comfortable with outstanding customer care. We will be back no question. Oh wait there’s more! Breakfast can be delivered to your room OR you can mosey 2.5 blocks to The Crooked Tree Coffee House for all sorts of amazing eats & treats & custom brews & teas. Great Falls is an attraction & we enjoyed our stay.

My son and I stayed here for two nights on our way to Yellowstone Park. This hotel is fabulous. The service is absolutely outstanding. From the moment we walked in, all the way up until checkout, they were constantly offering assistance and greeting us every time we walked through the lobby and coming areas. The front desk folks were pleasant not only with service, but also great general conversation. In my childhood when we used to "cruise Central", this was an old worn out hotel that was not a pleasant location. But what they have done with the place now makes this a top notch location to stay. I highly recommend this place and will stay here again in my future travels. I could tell that everyone who worked there truly enjoyed being there. It was classy, and not highfalutin or snobby.

We stayed at the Gibson for three nights while visiting relatives in Great Falls. We have stayed in a lot of hotels all over the US and this us one of the most comfortable stays we have experienced. The place is newly renovated clean and well kept. The staff was exceptional from checking until we left. The water was hot and towels of quality. Bed and linen comfortable. Room temperature eady to adjust making it comfortable as well. Loved their breakfast options and baked cookies, coffee, water and soup at night. The place was quite. Parking is a bit of a challenge but still doable. The downtown location can be a plus or minus depending on your preference. We found it convenient andcenjoyedbthe dining and shopping available near us.

I cannot express adequately in words just how wonderful my experience was here at the Gibson. For a long time I have avoided hotels and opted for other lodging options, but this wonderful place changed my opinion. From the time I made the reservation until I checked out, it was simply incredible. The text messages which I was greeted with prior to check in were assuring and thoughtful. When I checked in, I was offered a wonderful drink, and I was also asked to choose from a breakfast menu that was stunning. I requested a top floor room, which I was granted, and my night was quiet and restful. The room was fresh and comfy, well appointed and easy to access. The bathroom was modern and clean, and the bed was wonderful. Everything seems new/updated, and one can tell throughout the stay that this place is well managed and cared for. The breakfast was delivered to my room and it was so tasty and fresh. I wish other hotels would take notes from this one as to how to run one well. If that happened, I would stay in them more often. Thanks a million Gibson, and I'll see you again soon.

We spent two days at The Gibson hotel after our flights were cancelled due to the cyber outage. We chose the hotel due to the location (downtown and walking distance to all restaurants, night life, shopping) and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. There was complimentary laundry which was super useful after our extended vacation, breakfast from a local bakery every morning, and the hotel was even pet friendly. We made friends with the hotel staff (Caitlyn and Meagan) and spent our evenings doing puzzles and hanging out in the lobby. This is a unique hotel with an awesome staff that really cares about its guests. You will not regret staying here. We had the best time!

I am about to complete my third stay in six months at The Gibson. It is my go-to when I visit my family in Great Falls. The rooms are beautifully done, as is the hotel itself. The location is perfect for me. More importantly, the way the management and staff make me feel rivals the treatment I would expect to receive at an exclusive resort or five star hotel in a larger city. They treat me with the utmost respect and professionalism, but with such warmth that they feel like extended family when I visit. I look forward to every stay at The Gibson, and it has become an important part of my travel experience each time I return to Great Falls. What a blessing.

Spent a couple of nights at the new Gibson Hotel in Great Falls. What an experience! The staff are top notch and very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are super clean and the breakfast is included. Location, location, location! Within walking distance to almost all the downtown shops and restaurants. Parking is accessible and on the property and the hotel is a block away from the famous Sip N Dip. Myself and my wife had a bast here for a quick weekend get away and we will definitely be returning. This place is a new treasure for Great Falls! Newly renovated revitalization project downtown. Our new fav!

We loved every inch of this very cool hotel. Whoever designed & decorated it knocked it out of the park. Every staff member we encountered was helpful, happy and hospitable. It’s very clean and well appointed and It was very clear that everyone working there takes pride in this hotel. Parking is easy, location is great and they have a nice little reception area with cookies, water, coffee and tea. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast but loved that it was an option. Do not hesitate to stay here!
