Reservations STRONGLY encouraged! I popped into this "gem" on a Saturday night with no reservations. I was told the wait would be like over 2 hours, and I said I'd be happy to take a hole in the wall with no acknowledgment-- I just wanted to try the place because I was there only one night with my friend. As luck would have it, that moment a table opened up from a reservation that JUST called to cancel, and my friend and I were standing at the right place/right time to snatch it up! Staff, servers and management: spot on. SO friendly, so warm, and so helpful. Tommy, our server, was adorable and friendly. He made excellent recommendations and we loved it all. Food: so yummy. We had the whipped pistachio starter, as well as fried pickles -- and they were both so good. Dinners were the sticky buns pork belly sliders and the falafel burger. We'd order both again! Pork belly cubes were tender and tasty, and my falafel was so good. Tommy said we'd also love the Risotto, so maybe next time! Love this place. Love the staff. Highly recommend (reservations, too)!! Thanks, team! UPDATE: We just came back and sat outside, downstairs! We have three dogs, eight people, and this place was more than accommodating! Tonight we had the chicken pot pie, smothered burger, mahi-mahi, tuna, rack of ribs, and cheesesteaks! Once again, everything was amazing! The chicken pot pie is, handsdown, one of the best ever. We absolutely love this restaurant ❤️

Visited while staying at the inn. The food was mediocre and the service was poor. Maybe we were unlucky. The location and views were very nice and the beer from the local brewery is good.

Their flat iron steak was tender and tasty. My husband had the wings and they were excellent. We sat outside overlooking a creek. We watched deer foraging nearby.

Wonderful place to eat. Our family visited on a Wednesday which was wine ($5 glass) and wing ($1 per wing) night. They had live music - he was great! Plenty of places to sit including patio, downstairs, or the main level. Dog friendly. Our waiter (Ryan F.) and waitress (Jessica) were friendly and provided great customer service. Everything we ate was delicious. We had wings, French fries, tater tots, fish & chips, and grilled cheese sandwich! We will gladly return on the next vacation. Thank you!

We went around 730pm was a little busy but not over crowded. I would have loved to sit outside but it was a rainy day. Had a nice view. We ordered Cajun fries and fried pickles the fries were so good. The pickles were super crunchy and would be better if there was a little more pickle. Still really good. Got me a gem burger with fried pickles honey mustard smoked Gouda. Mom got fish and chips and she loved it!!

I've been twice to the Gem and Keystone, first time was in mid July and my party sat on the deck. It was quite lovely dining outside. It was very relaxed, however water refills did take sometime to receive. The pasta with vodka sauce was really good. Second visit was October and my party dinned inside this time, food was delivered quite late and sides were cold while the mains were lukewarm. Still very good despite being cooled. Water service was again a bit lacking until asked/prompted. I had the beef shoulder as they were out of the cheese steak, it was a tender cut, but lacked flavoring which was saddening for the price of the meal. I wouldn't knock a star due to my personal preference.

We came to PA for a vacation. The resort was walking distance to this place so we decided to give it a shot. (We also read positive reviews) Food was very good. Loaded Nachos was flavorful and “loaded” - french onion soup was cheesy and tasty. We also had the Mediterranean salad and cheesesteak hero. Reason not 5 stars? Service Started great but over course of the night we felt neglected. Not the kids fault, seemed place might have been short staffed. If not would have totally received 5 stars.
