I don’t like living here anymore, and I can’t wait until my lease is up. Rent is going up like crazy especially for a junior apartment. The hallways always smell like weed and people are just rude in the complex. Don’t trust the water when you boil or take showers because the water is just dirty. I can’t even wash my hair because my hair is so brittle from the water. Parking is ridiculous and they need to do something about that. There’s never parking and management are careless and just want your money. Please re consider if you want to move here. There’s NOTHING!!!!!!
I have been a resident of Gardens for the last 3 years so far my experience has been amazing, the way they organize the parkings is great taking into consideration that if you have to work overnight you will always find your spot , maintenance is a plus! specially the kind lady that is always on Hoffman those hallways are spotless and she is always willing to help. If you have small kids age 2-5 they have a little school in the same complex. Is safe to walk at nights and staff is really friendly.
When I visit my mom I like these apartments they are beautiful the only thing I wouldn't live in this place is because they don't have a play area for children and they don't give permission to do barbecues in the summer, I see many free areas where I imagine they can make an area where they can allow to barbecues it's it's too expensive for tenants not have the right to do their barbecues, my mom has been living in this place for 3 years but she's looking for a place where they allow to barbecues she says that if they allowed to do it she would stay but unfortunately it's not like that.. There is also a lady who works for the apartments who thinks they can't tell her anything why she works there. Her name is Ramona and she leaves her children or grandchildren to walk around all the apartments playing ball and hitting windows. They should have respect.
First of all - stay away from Central Jersey if you can!
About Gardens at Raritan:
The management here is totally unhelpful and inconsiderate.
They have ridiculous requirements about parking. You can't basically keep the car in one spot, you need to move it all the time or it will be towed.
At the same time, there's never free spot in the streets. Sometimes even in parking lots.
When I was moving I asked if they could reserve a spot in front of the apartment so I could unload heavy items. They said they could not and it wasn't their problem.
You also can't keep it in the parking lot during snow. I take such requirements seriously and parked in the street during snow. My car (that I bought two weeks ago) was hit and damaged.
The management, again, said it was not their problem and I should just get over it. They don't have cameras (except near the office, but they refused to check their recordings) and think it's "unnecessary" to install them. So, you can hit cars here and get away with it.
I said that I felt uncomfortable living here. They just cynically smirked that I can't move out without breaking the lease.
This place is also near highways and extremely noisy, it's too humid and easily grows mold, and I always have a lot of black flies in my unit, that come through windows.
Can't wait to move out.
I’ve been visiting my mother in-law here for 6 years is a very peaceful neighborhood, neat and organized the halls smell very clean. I always encounter some of the staff working around and they always greet you definitely thinking about moving here with my family.
Xiomara has been absoluting amazing. Thank you so much for helping me and explained the whole leasing and rental process.. you truly are a valuable employee here and have made things so much easier for us her. Thanks again
I always go and visit my sister in-law there, it looks like a safe place to live with your children, they look happy playing like when we were little and it was safe to play outside, the hallways always smell clean definitively looking forward on applying to move there.
Great people ! Milly in the office is such a kind and happy person . She helped me get a garage . Overall great experience since I’ve been living there !

I've been going here for a while. Best Poke in New Brunswick! I was in San Francisco last summer and I had poke over there. It didn't compare to Poke Nagomi right here in New Brunswick.
We were lucky enough to catch the Jerry Weldon Sextet a this venue in the smaller of the two theaters. I was taking photos at the event so I wound up exploring every area including the upstairs balcony and the sound was excellent everywhere! That's
