The Gallery - Art cafe in Lake Forest - 202 E Wisconsin Ave, USA

Inconsistencies in the making of the limited cocktails on the menu. No bar. Walls festooned with art for sale. Somewhat like dining in an art gallery. If the art is to your liking, that's good. Otherwise, meh. Wait staff is excellent. The vegetarian dish (there's only been one on the when we've gone) are uninspired and by and large absent of vegetables. The regular menu items on the other hand are very good. We'll go back, but the Gallery is not in our top 5 choices for dining I'm Lake Forest.

Loved The Gallery! We went for happy hour and got every food item on the menu and each thing was delicious. So much so that I forgot to take pictures and devoured everything. We ended with their warm brownie and ice cream which ended up being HUGE and so good. Loved the art featured tonight as well and walking around to look at the pieces on display. Definitely will return for their dinner sometime!

They have the best deviled eggs we've had. This was our first time there. Our server, Shelby, told us all about the restaurant and answered our questions.

I sat outside and enjoyed cocktails and appetizers for happy hour. I loved the outdoor space. The service was excellent from Evie. The food was really good and seemed fresh and light.

Our favorite dinner spot in Lake Forest. Love the seasonal menu changes and supporting community artists! Happy hour on their patio in the summer is so nice!

Arguably the best restaurant North of Chicago. The menu is short but diverse and everything is of extremely good flavor and beautifully served. Great artwork as well, for an immersive experience of a lifetime!

I’ve always said it less is more. 5 apps 5 entrees is the menu. Best meal I’ve eaten in 2022.

The main dinning room doesn't have ventilation. The smoke from cooking meet comes into that room. The patio is beautiful, that's the place to sit
