The Funky Twig was a neat coffee and ice cream shop in Kimberling City! It looked like a neat place to meet a friend, do some work, or a special occasion. I ordered a breve and it was a good coffee. The ice cream looked quite delicious and if it hadn’t been so early in the day, I would have enjoyed trying it. The patio area and seating area was spacious and gave a cozy vibe. ~ Mrs. Flip Out
Stopped in with my in-laws and the pineapple strawberry sorbet was so delicious! Especially after spending the afternoon swimming around in the lake. The staff was nice and I really liked their swings.
This is our most favorite ice cream shop! Everything is always fresh. They have new flavors of ice cream every day. The coffee is good and the atmosphere is our favorite. It's so fun but yet relaxing. My girls 5 & 7 love it and we go every year while on vacation.
Great hidden gem coffee and ice cream shop! Loved the flavors they had. You can try a small taste of any flavor they have before committing to a whole scoop, but if you still can't decide, you can get an ice cream flight of 6 small cups of different flavors. Highly recommend this place if you're in the area and looking for a sweet treat.

It was wonderful! I decided on the ice cream flight. That includes 6 picks of their rotating 50 flavors. Mississippi mud, pistachio, lemon zest, pretzel and brown sugar, smores, and orange creamsicle. (They gave me key lime pie to try.)
Very fun coffee & ice cream shop. Lots of interesting custom flavors. They had about a dozen but a sign said they've had 50 over the years so constantly changing. Also draft root beer and floats. The even had a 5 cup "flight" odf ice cream for the undecided. Good selection of coffee and tea drinks, bot hot & iced
Love, love, love the dark chocolate cayenne! The other flavors were good, but couldn't compare. Love that they have ice cream flight option!! Not all the advertised flavors are available. They rotate thru the selection so you don't actually know what they will have available until you get there. That part was disappointing.

Other than the drainage issue with our showers, we LOVED our trip here. We stayed for 4 nights with 12 family members that hadn't all been together in 5 years. Amazing accomodations, fantastic location, and warm water to swim in.
Great food, great service. Convenient to get to via land or boat, plenty of boat parking out front or towards the shore. Weâve tried lots of different menu items and everything has been yummy. We love the tacos and pizza.
