New West Ridge location in Greece-We ordered takeout dinner here and everything was delicious. Chicken & sausage gumbo, Hot Nashville chicken, Crawdad Étouffée (a bit salty but still delicious), fried okra and boudin balls. Plenty of food as we wanted to sample different dishes, so we had leftovers for another dinner! Building they’re in still just looks like a bar, so hope they eventually improve the decor. We will definitely go back and try more dishes, but that Gumbo was excellent!

My coworker and I were in Rochester for a work trip and someone suggested this restaurant to us, and we were so glad they did. The food was delicious, and the place is decorated super cool. They have some really nice art on the walls. The customer service was awesome too. Our waiter, Ethan, was beyond amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and loooooved the beignets we got for dessert. I wish we could have stayed longer as an R&B show was about to start but we had to leave. I’ll be back if I find myself in Rochester again. I highly recommend

The food was good. Having been to New Orleans and loving Louisiana’s food scene, I’d say the food was inspired by New Orleans for sure. It’s not exactly New Orleans style but it was all very tasty. The fried okra was delish but could have used a dipping sauce. Our Po’ Boys were great seafood sandwiches but I definitely was missing the remoulade. My daughter had the shrimp creole. It was tasty but the plate came to the table without being cleaned. It could have also used a little less sauce so you could see the shrimp. For dessert we shared a plate of beignets which were warm and delicious along with banana pudding. The banana pudding was great to have after some spicy food to cool the palate. For a drink, I had a Frenched Sweet Tea. It had just the right combination of alcohol and sweet tea. Overall we enjoyed everything and we’d definitely go back. One suggestion would be to add a QR Code of the menu on each table instead of taping a note to the drink list. They could either put tabletop QR signs or just laminate a QR code to a corner on each table.

So the menu looked good and wanted to try this place. FYI, park out back. Went on a Saturday night with party of 5. You could tell they were short staffed and wasn’t a big deal as we had time. The food was awesome as we ordered a bunch of items to sample. Personally had the crawfish boudin balls they are awesome. Also ordered the cup of gumbo and of course a po boy crawfish of course. All of the apps were great. Dinner entrees I had the signature Crawfish Fettuccini it was ok. I felt too salty. 2 of the party ordered the smothered catfish they both liked it and the other two ordered the fried shrimp. I would dine hear again. Service was slow but expected as they were short handed. My only real complaint was the chirp from the smoke detector was really annoying. The ambience makes you feel like you are in Louisiana.

The food was pretty good! Server was very kind and knowledgeable about the menu. I have feedback for this establishment. -no kids meal or kid food whatsoever? Guys, we the people have money to spend at your restaurant. I asked if they could serve my child the noodles from the fettuccini dish, except plain. They said “no”… I ended up ordering him plain bread. That is untapped profits. I’d have paid $12 for a .30 side of noodles!! -we are two years into the pandemic. There is no excuse for serving appetizers in paper bowls, ketchup packets instead of bottles, and silverware in paper bags. It’s honestly not a good look - especially in such a gorgeous ambiance. -no napkins or plates served with the beignets. No extra napkins with the chicken wings. You can just do better.

It was our first time. We always wanted to go to this place. Food was good. I really wanted to try Nashville hot chicken. But the waitress told they don’t have it. we had to wait almost two hours to get food. We thought the waitress forgot us. Reasonable pricing too. And it was difficult to find the place. Google maps took us to different parking lot. Thanks for the google photos we were able to find the red door.

Excellent service (Courtney), creole food & delicious cocktails in an updated French quarter look & jazz vibe. The menu is full of New Orleans selections & I loved the jambalaya & shrimp po' boy.

We ordered crawfish etoufee and crawfish feticini...both were absolutely delicious! The building is somewhat tucked away and not on any main roads. The old building has lots of historic features. Our service was poor, however we got the impression she may have been new and nervous. The other staff stepped in to try to help her several times. If you are looking for some authentic New Orleans food, this place is a must! We hope to go back, especially on a Wednesday night, as they also have live music.
