The feeling of the pillows can best be described as what it would feel like if someone filled a pillow case with balled up wool socks. I found a cigarette burn and black streaks on one of my pillows too. One of the beds had hair and dirt in it… every metal fixture in the room is covered in rust. The beds are not comfortable. The phone did not work. The lamp was missing a lampshade. The floors were sticky. There was no holder for the toilet paper. I’d never stay here again.

There is a restaurant just under the hotel if you want free live music just stay in your room. |Don't look at the picture they are misleading. Dirt everywhere, hairs (not mine everywhere) and last but not least a huge cockroach in the room. |They left a bed throw and a big blue cushion on the bed. Both are not blue anymore but black from the dirt. |Won't definitely go back

The rooms are supposed to be smoke free but there is so much smoking on premises it seeps through the walls. You have to gag just waiting at the check-in counter from the smell. The rooms are okay but there is stuff all over the wall so you can visibly see the dust and some brown sticky substance. Shower door is broken. There is no elevator to the second floor and the stairs to the second floor are tripping hazard. The spacing of the stairs is not even and I don't know how it passed inspection. Both my friend and I almost fell down the stairs on multiple occasions. There are q-tips in the air vent which is nasty. There is something on the bathroom floor that is gray and I kept slipping in. The beds are very comfortable as long as you don't want pillows and blankets. The sheets are all pilly and old and should be replaced. The pillows are so tiny and non-existent which matches the blanket that doesn't exist.

Didn't stay at this hotel originally because of the reviews. It's been completely remodeled. Awesome high end Mexican restaurant on the water next door and half the price of the chains to the north. I was here for a work trip and decided to drive by in case my job ran over a day and it did. Best shower I've probably ever had. Comfortable beds. Could use a bigger fridge/freezer. Still bigger than the chain hotel's eco freezer 🙄👎

Wow, what a waste of $$$ staying here. The room is obviously, put together by complete amateurs. The toilet paper dispenser is 4 feet off the floor. Like they are catering to people 8 + feet tall. Then the bathroom mirror is completely decorative. Can't use it to shave/put on make-up, etc. It's just decorative. Multiple ceiling can light are non-functioning. Then, this place is next to a very loud bar. The loud music starts mid morning. On Thursday night, the night of the Trump/Biden debate, the music was so loud that the TV could not be heard. Even when turned up full volume. Loud music that night till almost 10:30 PM. On Friday and Saturday night, the music was full blast till 11 PM. And very dirty. After my first night, I did ask one of the cleaning people to come to my room and clean. The floor was covered with dirt. Nothing happened. Then I asked the following day and each day I was there. Never got help cleaning the filthy mess in my room.

Do not recommend this place. Room wasn’t clean. Shower knob broken. Bathroom door wouldn’t hardly open. No face plate on outlets. Dead bugs in room. Tv volume didn’t work. Cigarette holes in bed linen. Slimy liquid in door handle. No wifi….could be better, if they cared about customers as much as income.

Get new beds, have someone clean seating and tables so people can sit outdoors. Remove the hanging wires so guest do not get hurt. Shady business in the parking lot. This would be a nice place to stay with some upkeep and a little investment in upgrading but right now a scary place to stay.

Bed bugs beware...I had stayed here many times it has been great however today I woke up with bites and saw them 😫 crawling around I'm sure there on the bed I caught them crawling in the headboard ohboy... I wrote this review because I would like for people to be aware on top of i hope it gets them to get them on the job faster..once they start living in headboards then its moves in the walls that would definitely be problem for this nice hotel so I shared it now this place is great to come too I had many great visits however this was a disappointment 😞 ... I really like coming here now I'm might not come back .. please fix this asap

The only word I can use to describe the food tonight is exquisite. The service was great, my water glass was never empty and the courses came out well spaced. Staff was incredibly kind and attentive. Our whole party was raving about their food choice

I love the food and the prices. We go for the lobster roll and I used to get the fried clams quite often. Now, I'm switching over to their grilled items, and I know they won't disappoint. The atmosphere reminds me of a bar/restaurant that you'd see
